Ned is a very knowledgeable and attentive guide. He took care of everything. My only issue is with Viator, they did not explain the transfer of logistics very well. We had a mixup in the morning and we were at the wrong pick up location The company in Florence went out of their way to fix our problem. Viator did nothing but take a percentage of the price.

Ned was great! We were able to see Cinque Terre and Pisa all in one day! Loved that this was a small group tour. Ned took us for a small hike that we would of never found on our own. He also took us to spots with great views for pictures. We had plenty of time to explore on our own. The only issue we have is the company changed the meeting point the day before our tour. The change was farther from the place we were staying at so we took a taxi I stead of walking.

We met at 7:30 and were back 12 hours later after a full day seeing Cinque Terra and Pisa. Our tour guide Valentina was an amazing resource of information about every location and made all of the transportation go off without any issue. She was also exceptionally friendly and had the answer to any question that we had. We were also lucky to be paired with another family from the UK that were so much fun to travel with. Would highly recommend this tour.
