Air conditioned vehicle was excellent. Our driver was knowledgeable & shared valuable insight into Penang, its culture & people. Being picked up at our accommodation felt like luxury from the beginning. We felt like VIPs the whole day as the driver introduced us to each destination and the tour guides who extended the experience of seeing Penang.
Had a fantastic day with Sanjay. He was knowledgeable and helpful! We did everything on our wishlist and then some. Highly recommended
This tour was amazing. Mr Sudha our driver knew all the spots to see and gave us a great history lesson on Penang. I highly recommend him and this company. We had the best day!

Our driver Sanjay was very knowledgeable and helpful and did a good job of explaining the sights and answering any questions that we had. We were initially concerned because the driver is also the guide and there was not a separate guide to take us around each sight, but Sanjay was able to explain about each place in the car and we were more than fine exploring the actual locations on our own and then meeting him back at the car.
This tour is average and okay for 1st time visit in Penang. Needs more info on the sites visited. Overall, it needs improvement on history info.

We had Carol Lee as our tour guide and she was amazing. We were able to customize our tour and go to places that interested us. Carol is very knowledgeable about all the heritage and city sites. She was also very interactive and taught us how to order and eat the local snacks & fruits. It was a wonderful adventure, definitely recommend this tour and request Carol if you can.
