Everything was taken care of: buses, train tickets, flights, and hotel pickups. The stop in Sacred Valley before Machu Picchu was really nice and helped us get used to the high altitude. Machu Picchu itself was stunning. If you want a straightforward tour that covers all the main spots in a week, I definitely recommend it.
