We signed up for the Outlander Tour for Sept 1. We received an email to be at the Jolly Botanist in Edinburgh and we would be picked up. One of Viator's driver was there and she contact the bus service that we had arrived and were waiting. She was picking up for a Lock Ness trip. We waited but no one came. We looked at the latest email and it indicated a different location. We have had no luck as the company blamed our tor guide. I was the tour guide. This company refuses to reimburse us and suggested we take the Sept 2 tour. However we were flying out at 6:00AM to London to catch a 2:00 plane to Orlando. Our costs should be reimbursed which includes the tour cost of $169.92 booking #1412644.909 and approximate taxi of $75.00. this is the 4th request, The last communications with this company demanded we provide a copy of our airline boarding pass. That is not relevant.

Tish was an excellant tour guide! She was very knowledgeable and informative providing lots of good tips on things to do in London. We enjoyed her commentary as we were travelling along in the bus.

The guide didn’t tell us about the audio tour availability at Hampton court. A huge problem. The other concern we had was the bus driver!!! It was her first day solo and it was very obvious she didn’t know how to use the clutch on the bus. The bus ride,especially in London was extremely disconcerting. The bus was jerking every time she slowed down or braked. To the point of making us nauseated. The guide was very knowledgeable about the two places we visited. Unfortunately she was a very fast walker and we and several others had trouble keeping up. She needed to understand that not everyone can ambulate that fast. Even when asked to slow down she didn’t. The guide also admitted to being very frustrated with the bus driver.

Zozo was an excellent and knowledgeable guide. He made sure we all knew what areas to focus on when we were on our own and therefore ensured we got the most out of the trip. He took the time and effort to explain the history and fun facts. Zaw was a great driver. Thank you for making the trip worthwhile.

Windsor is a wonderful place. So very beautiful. Mark, our guide, pointed out so many landmarks as we rode thru London. This is a great tour. Bus was very nice and the a/c worked well!

Mark and the bus driver were fabulous. Very knowledgeable and entertaining. We had 3 people who missed our time for leaving and Mark was very upset and he and the bus driver patiently waited as well as looked to them in Westminster. They waited for at least 20 minutes for them and then made sure other drivers had room for them if they showed up. From what we heard they didn’t show for the last busses there. They left a package on the our bus and Mark was very conscientious about ensuring their items were returned them.

We loved our tour to Windsor castle and Hampton court palace! The guide was incredibly knowledgeable and we got to see a little bit of London on the way. We felt like there was more than enough time at both locations, and we were able to see exactly what we wanted to. We would definitely book this tour again!
