We booked this tour for the sites in Abu Dhabi (Grand Mosque, Oriental Palace, and Qsar Palace) and the terms said for local guide included. Unfortunately, the guide stated he freelanced and did tours for Viator yet spoke broken English and didn’t have a good understanding of the locations being visited. I had to show him the tour schedule, he had to ask for directions in Grand Mosque for tickets as well as Palace. Basically an overpriced chauffeur service today!
No water included as described when we asked for it. Unfortunately a huge disappointment.
We previously did another Abi Dhabi tour that was cheaper went to Grand Mosque, Ethadid Towers, Palace, and Louvre. Would recommend that one as cheaper and guide was very informative along the way. . Only thing was on a huge van with other people but would still take that over the tour today.
Abu Dhabi is a great and interesting city- enjoy the city but choose yours wisely.

Dear Stephen Thatcher
Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We sincerely apologize that your Abu Dhabi tour did not meet your expectations.
We regret to hear about the language barrier and lack of detailed guidance provided by the guide, as well as the inconvenience you faced at the attractions. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to deliver. We also apologize that the complimentary water mentioned in the tour description was not provided, and we understand how disappointing this must have been.
Your comments have been taken very seriously, and we will address these issues directly with our operations team and guides to ensure better communication, clearer guidance, and full inclusion of promised services in the future.
We appreciate your honest review, as it helps us improve. Abu Dhabi truly is a remarkable city, and we hope you will consider giving us another opportunity to provide you with the high-quality experience we strive for.
Thank you again for your feedback, and we wish you safe and happy travels.

Amazing Tour to Abu Dhabi
We had an amazing time with Naveed. He was very knowledgeable. We enjoyed learning about the culture and the landmarks we visited. The Grand Mosque and Emirates Palace are very impressive. All the gold, natural stone, and crystals used were exquisite. It is a must place to visit.
