If you appreciate a guide and a driver you cannot do any better. We were led on a double tour; Montserrat and Barcelona at our pace. The guide was as they say today interactive! Carlos and Moyses! Learned about the city from its start with the Romans!
This tour was exactly what we were looking for. Driver Angel was very good on the windy roads to Monserrat and Cristina was an excellent guide with so much information about history and all the beautiful sites we went to. Cristina found the perfect Tappas with Payila that was delicious. It was a wonderful day!
Carlos, the driver, seemed unmotivated and unprepared. He was asking us how to organize the tour in terms of which sites to see first, which seemed strange, considering it was our first time in Barcelona. He seemed more of a driver than a guide, which was disappointing. He miscalculated our pick up at Montserrat, which resulted in us having to wait for him for almost an hour, with my daughter suffering from serious Jetlag. He never informed us that access to any points of interest at Montserrat, like the Basilica, required purchasing tickets in advance for a particular timeslot, which also resulted in us having to wait over 45 minutes to get inside the basilica. I ended up having him drop us off at the our hotel and not doing any of the Barcelona sites. If I had wanted a cab driver, I would’ve arranged accordingly. This was the first time that I had this bad of an experience through Viator.
We are sorry that you did not enjoy the experience. We are a limousine company, we offer Tours and transfers. Our drivers are not guides. You are filing a complaint for something that is not included. you want to pay for a shrimp and eat a lobster You should review and read what the product includes and does not include. At no time does it provide any professional guide. If you not are agree not book, no paid and not reclaim If you wanted a professional guide you should have asked and we could have provided one. The cost would have been double. Regarding the queues in Montserrat, if it is true, it usually happens. It's not our fault! Regards,
Pedro our driver was very accommodating and allowed us to spend more time in Montserrat. We had already toured most of the city on previous day - this allowed us more time in Montserrat. Very interesting location and we were able to return to the city by an alternate route to view more of the area. Great Tour!
We loved Pedro our driver. He was so knowledgeable and didn't have a time limit on most places we stopped. We stayed about 9 hours and saw everything. Loved Barcelona. Would recommend to anyone.
Our tour guide Pedro was phenomenal. He was very knowledgeable and his recommendations on places to eat were outstanding.
This is a perfect great tour of Barcelona and Monserrat if this is your first time visiting. Pedro did a great job of not only bringing us around to places that are popular with tourists but also to other historical places that are a must and not often visited. He speaks English very well. He took the time to give a brief history of all the areas we visited. Kudos to Pedro and his company.

We had a two day layover before heading out on a cruise. Booked J&G not only for the 8 hour Barcelona tour but also for our airport transfers. What a wonderful group of people to work with - first with Reme on scheduling the services and then the actual tour with Pedro. He is very knowledgeable and we were able to make the most of the day visiting many places and having a great meal. If you are limited on time - J&G is definitely the way to go!! Muchas Gracias!!!
