We booked the tour as a private tour, however the night before, we received an email saying that there would be another couple to join us. At the cruise port, IKA the tour guide became confuse and wanted to put us together with a different group of 14 as that guide came to talk to us. Then IKA told us to sit and wait. During that time she found the other couple and led them to sit in the van. About 5 minutes later, she came back and took us to the van and started to tour. I think we stayed too long in the central square. The puppet museum is interesting but not much to dive in. The included lunch was below par, even IKA said their salad was well known. Then we drove to the mosque (it provided their own guide), then the church but we could not get in as there was an ongoing mass), then stopped to take the picture of the tower.

DO NOT BOOK! They were a no show for my tour and did not respond to mine nor Viators communication attempts. Luckily my day was not ruined as I was able to schedule a comparable trip through my hotel at a cheaper cost!

DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR They never showed up and did not respond to electronic communication nor answer the phone when I and Viator attempted to reach out. Your money is not refunded immediately and it takes several business days for it to be returned. Luckily my day was not ruined as the hotel concierge was able to find us a tour company where we booked a comparable tour at a cheaper rate!

We made reservation just a day before the tour start. However, the local agency prepared an excellent Guide, Tom, who has given us great tour with full of knowledge and we have gotten a great memory on Jakarta. I would recommend this tour to whom comes to Jakarta with limited time but want to get much places to cover.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our tour today, Ratih and the driver were very pleasant, polite and experienced. The SUV was roomy and comfortable. Ratih was very accommodating to our interests, being from Hawaii we wanted to see where Obama went to school and the area he used to live. We also wanted to see the Java Man at the National Museum as well as spent some time in Chinatown, Ratih made it all possible despite the rain and the usual traffic jams on the road. Thank you Ratih!

Jakarta day trip was very well organised trip, thoroughly enjoyed it, our guide Andi was fantastic, patient very knowledgeable & went beyond the call of duty to take myself / mum & sister to find our old house in Pulomas which was a very emotional nostalgic moment for our family after 25+ years. Special thanks to And, I’d highly recommend this tour great way to see important milestones Jakarta has to offer.

Very well organised tour that gives a good overview of the major parts to Jakarta. The tour guide Andi did a great job and was able to answer all my questions. It is good to see how this city evolved and understand the people. It makes me appreciate the city more, thankyou. Very comfortable trip in car, well worth it. Had a throughly enjoyable day with Andi as my guide. Learned allot and enjoyed every minute of it. It was a Sunday and the streets were packed but even so Andi was timely and incredibly patient with all my questions. Already planning my next tour with this firm.

I booked the private tour the day before trough the internet. Confirmation and all logistics were perfectly organized and good communication via Whatsapp. Andi picked me up and dropped me at the hotel. He gave us a lot of explanation and knows what he is talking about. He's very kind. If you want to see the most important you need to book this tour and I only can promote Andi.
