This was totally an awesome thing to do! Our driver suggested the hot spots, and we had a delicious lunch and an incredible Italian restaurant! Driver was fun, and safe! Gave a lot of advice and even stopped at the place where lemoncello was made. Had lots of samples.

The driver Roman was polite and communicated with us before pick up. The tour at Pompeii was an extra $190 euros. He took us to a beautiful location for lunch. Unfortunately diue to the long drive to the coast and short dock time our visit to Amalfi was short.
So, it is my understanding that everything was fine but you are complaining about the the limited schedule of your cruise ship but you writing 4star review to my business, not to your cruise ship? Is this correct? Do you think this is fair? (Also, the price of the guide was wrong, Private licensed guide in pompeii for 2 hours was 130€uros). Please cancel this review that is hurting my business that did nothing wrong to you.
Great experience, Marco was an excellent driver and very helpful, polite and and informative.He told us about the history of the area, agriculture and cheese making and we in return told him about Icelandic sheep farming 😆

We did a custom private tour. Our driver Marco picked us up in Amalfi with all our luggage and took us an all day tour. Along the way we stopped at a few photo spots and he gave us some fun and interesting commentary. He and Joseph arranged for our Pompeii and Herculaneum tours with a guide. They also arranged a winery lunch and tasting near Mt Vesuvius. And eventually dropped us at our hotel in Naples. It was probably our best day during the week. Everything went smoothly and it was so fun.

Marco was a fantastic guide, he not only gave us lessons in history about Napoli and the Campania area but he gave us a lot of great laughs along the way. We went to Benevento to see where my partners family came from and got to see the Roman theatre. We then travelled to Napoli and Marco recommended a delicious meal of Genovese pasta which was the best pasta I’d had in Italy so far. A lot of fun and a great tour overall, to end our final day in Italy. I can’t recommend this enough! 10/10
