On the day of our private wine country tour, Pep arrived early and immediately elevated the experience. Before heading out of the city, she gave us a fantastic mini tour of San Francisco, driving through Billionaires’ Row and some of the city’s most exclusive neighborhoods. Along the way, she shared fascinating insights about the architecture and pointed out hidden details around the Presidio that we would have completely missed on our own. Once we made our way into wine country, Pep continued to impress as a knowledgeable and engaging private guide. She was warm, attentive, and incredibly flexible, adjusting seamlessly as the day naturally evolved. Everything flowed effortlessly, and we never once felt rushed or unsure of what was coming next. The wineries she selected were excellent, and the restaurant she chose for lunch was absolutely perfect for our group. The entire day felt thoughtfully curated and far more personal than a typical group tour. What truly set Pep apart, however, was her thoughtfulness after the tour. The following day, she left a personalized note and a small gift at our hotel, an unexpected and incredibly kind gesture that perfectly capped off an already unforgettable experience.
