Well organised, authentic experience of life in the Atlas mountains
Collected from very near our accommodation in a private vehicle. Our driver, Jalar, taught us lots about the areas we were passing and was very friendly and helpful. Visited the women’s argan co-operation for breakfast, had a go at making almond oil and taught about how argan oil and other products are made by the Berben women - very welcoming and a beautiful organisation. Then met by a local, Hamza, who took us on a beautiful hike to the waterfall and to lots of stunning views - a very well informed and entertaining guide. He then welcomed us to his family home in a Berben village for authentic Moroccan lunch - delicious food + a great opportunity to find out about local life. We were then dropped off straight to the airport, in time for our flight home! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, the views were stunning and it was a fantastic way to learn about life in the Atlas Mountains.

Trip to Imlin and Agafay desert
Comfortable trip with van to Imlin. Great guide with Kamal who let us doing the mule ride. I personally liked more the ride on the mule than the ride on the camel which I did some days ago (more comfortable and easy to manage). Kamal also brought us to traditional lunch in a local family😁
The trip back to Marrakesh was very good. During that experience we also were supported by the guy responsible for booking.com activities near Marrakesh. There was a misunderstanding on the possibility of also going to Agafay desert. Since this experience was not included but in the description of activities was there, he was able to find for us a driver to Agafay desert and he offered us the dinner there!! Very appreciated!!
