We had a GREAT tour of the city and various points of interest, museums, etc. Places we never would have found on our own. We also got lots of history with each place and a few jokes thrown in. Very entertaining and customized just for us.
Thank you, Karen. Svein Jarle said he had a great day showing you around as well! Friendly regards Janicke
A spectacular guided tour of Oslo that can be customized to your preferences. Our tour guide was outstanding!!
Thank you, Ryan. Svein Jarle said he had a great day showing you around! Friendly regards Janicke
Our mulit-generational family of 8 visited the incredible city of Oslo. Since we were cruising into Oslo, our time was limited. We had a few areas we all wanted to see that didn’t fit neatly into a shore tour. What a great idea it was to book a private tour. Our tour driver was Janica and what a delight she was on this great excursion. We visited all the sights we wanted to see and some we didn’t know we wanted to see. Janica was amazing! She provided so much interesting information. We picked her brain about the social systems in Norway, enjoyed her breadth of knowledge and easy, calm manner. Thank you, Viator and Janica, for making Oslo one of our favorite cities!
Both I and Janicke are so happy that you liked the tour in Oslo! Thank you for the review. Br Svein J
Loved every aspect of this excursion. Janicke created an exceptional itinerary & hit all the highlights of Oslo. Selected an awesome spot for lunch. She is extremely knowledgeable of the area & the history. Highly recommend this tour.
Thank you Gary! We were so pleased o serve you here in Oslo, and yes, Janicke is the best! Br Svein J
Svein was so kind and knowledgeable and tailored the tour right to us! We had ages 2-72 and he made sure we were all included. We saw so many great things!!
Thanks Julia, I had a good day at work too! I always appreciate families, and the challenge of different preferences from a child and a senior.. Br Svein J
Steinar was so friendly and so informed. He took us to such great sites and shared the history and special points of the site. We liked all the stops and found it all to be wonderful. It was a great day.
Thank you Rebecca! Steinar "the best driverguide in town" also reported back an interesting day with you and your friends. We learn a lot too!
Our guide Svein was so nice, knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. Frogner park was amazing as well as the Fram museum. Holmenkolleakken was amazing. Loved hearing the history of Oslo as well.
Thank you Elana for good words! I enjoyed serving you fit people, the Vigeland stairs were no problem. Sj
Svein showed us the very best of Oslo in style! He showed us popular places and hidden gems. He explained the history of places we visited and shared many stories. He is very engaging and pleasant. He communicated very well during the advance planning of our visit. Highly recommend!
Thank you, I enjoyed the day too! Svein J
This was a wonderful day spent with Sven, our guide and driver. He was extremely knowledgeable about Oslo and brought it to life for us. He had perfect English and a great sense of humor. You are able to design your own day or take the tours and stops he suggests. The Mercedes Van is super comfortable and easy to get in and out of. He had water for us. It was just a lovely day. I would do it all over again.
Thank you indeed for these good words Deborah, all the best to you and your husband. And yes, welcome back! - Sven
Excellent way to see and learn about Oslo’s history. Our guide, Steiner, shared a wealth of information about the development of Oslo into the beautiful city it is today. I really can’t believe how much we were able to see and do in a single day, and what a joy to not have to worry about the driving. I would do this again on my next visit, hopefully Steiner will be available again!
Thank you Mark, yes, Steinar is a star! We'll all be here next time.. Best regards Svein Jarle
