This was a very busy time during the tulips blooming, but they did a nice job handeling the crowds. We came from a cruise ship and had to do it all in one day. They didn't have any canal cruise times available so they gave us a pass to use another company. Our check in host and all their associates were very nice.

Travel to the Keukenhof and return was excellent. The Gardens were fabulous. It all went very smoothly.

Keukenhof tulip garden visit is an excellent experience a visitor will remember for life. The visit includes hundreds of varieties of nine million colourful and vibrant tulips. Relaxation places. Eating joints, fun places including children’s activities, flower shows, wind mill etc. a total and complete package!!

Simple to book. The check-in process and bus to the gardens were smooth and easy. The gardens were fabulous! The boat tour was also easy to schedule and we enjoyed the trip. Overall great experience.

The meeting points was easy to get to and the keukenhof was beautiful! Was able to book the canal cruise a day before and it was a perfect start to our trip!

The transportation to the gardens are very well, but instead of the cruising in the canal should have better include the boat in the gardens. Ultimately I did Not Take The Cruise as there were no schedules available.

Organisation and process were overall good. The meeting place is easy to find and also the visit to Keukenhof was a really nice experience. But what I found clearly negative: The voucher first had to be converted into bus tickets, tickets for the Keukenhof and additionally into tickets for the canal tour. Directly on site you should immediately decide on a fixed time of the canal tour. I would have liked to have done these the next day, but there were only very limited times (1, 3 and 5 p.m.), which I did not realize before. At first I had booked for the next day 3 pm, but luckily I could still change that. Ultimately, we decided on the same day. The reason for this: The canal tour starts at the same meeting point as the bus. This means you would have to go there again just for the canal trip – that was too expensive for us. However, this also means you have significantly less time at Keukenhof. This made it quite stressful to complete both the Keukenhof and the canal cruise in one day. You should definitely allow a lot of time, as there may be delays due to the heavy crowds and bus traffic. The return journey at 15:30 went smoothly, everything worked well. Looking back, I wouldn't book the canal tour as a package anymore. These are offered anywhere in the city for around 11 to 15 euros and are much more flexible. I'd only focus on the Keukenhof in the future. Entrance and bus service were really well organized here. I also learned that you can also easily reach the Keukenhof by regular bus (e.g. line 397). This seems to work reliably and is significantly cheaper. It is only important to book the tickets in advance, as they can sell out quickly on site. Overall, I award 3 out of 5 stars – mainly because of the high price and limited flexibility of the canal tour.
