The experience was sensational!!! Osman helped me put together a tour that was not part of what was offered, which meant it was custom-made. Everything was perfectly and professionally synchronized. Additionally, although the last day in Istanbul was planned as a free day (therefore without paid excursions), he offered to take me to different places in the city (from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.)! The experience was super interesting because I accessed more "local" and less touristy places. I must emphasize with great emphasis that Osman always, without fail, responded to my messages immediately, both before and during the trip. Additionally, it was a very relevant detail that, as a woman traveling alone, she contacted me every day to ask how things were going. Without a doubt, I would choose this company again.

I wanted to congratulate the Travel Trips team and especially Cakir who was always in contact with us in Spanish. We went on a multi-day tour where everything worked excellent and very organized fulfilling everything expected and much more. If something outside them does not come out as expected they solved it immediately and very satisfactorily. I recommend them without hesitation because they are very professional and friendly.
