Selim and his driver were extremely helpful and patient with us. Selim was well versed with the relevant history and explained everything in detail, answering questions before they are asked. Mehmet was an incredibly good tour guide! He had extensive knowledge of the ancient cities that the “Seven Letters to the Churches of Revelations”, but he also knew the Biblical history. At each site, he read the letter that the Apostle John wrote to that people of that church. I highly, highly recommend this tour. The four-day tour included a quick trip to Colossae. Although they are just starting to excavate that area, it was still profoundly impactful to see the site. The four-day tour was a perfect amount of time to visit the seven sites, plus Colossae. Mehmet was also very punctual and personable. I feel very blessed to have had him as my guide, and I highly recommend this tour.

Mr. Ertunga guided us for 3 days (28-30 Aug 2026). Our original 3-day customized itinerary did not include some places like Thyatira, Philadelphia, and Sardis, but he forgot that ours was a special 3-day package, and he happily took us to visit all the seven churches only to realize later that he had made a mistake. He did not charge us extra, and with a broad smile! What I really like was his sincerity and not-for-money attitude, he just wants us to have fun and enjoy the trips. He took us to some local eateries for lunch (included in the package) and the food were just great! The transport vehicle (Mercedes) was exceptionally clean, the driver was excellent, with drinks provided. Ertunga is very knowledgeable in the historical background of all the places he took us, and these extra Biblical information helped me a lot in my understanding of the seven churches in the book of Revelation. I also asked him to arrange for several pick-up and drop-off during our extended stay in Izmir, Kusadasi and Istanbul (such as from hotel to airport, ferry point to hotel, airport to hotel etc.) which he happily obliged and the charges were very reasonable and services were good. I highly recommend Ertunga if you want a good, exciting and relax holiday in Turkey. It's more than value for money!

We are a small group of five from Singapore visiting the seven churches, together with the ancient site of Colossae and also Pamukkale. We found out about Ertunga from ChatGPT, who has very good reviews. Ertunga is a reliable, accommodating and experienced guide. He is knowledgeable with the history and the archaeological findings of the ancient sites we visited. He has helped us understand and appreciate better the contexts of the words spoken in the Bible, especially in the book of Revelation. We have enjoyed the 3-days tour very much, though on hindsight, a 4-days tour would be better so that we can have more time exploring the vast remains of the ancient site of Ephesus. We had an absolutely amazing, memorable and emotional 4 days, the tour guide Ezger had a rare combined wealth of archaeological knowledge and knowledge of the Christian civilisations, always relating every location back to the bible readings, We saw a beautiful side of ancient Turkey only possible through this guide and group. We had the most amazing experience during this tour of the 7 churches of Revelation. Ozgur was incredible as a guide and we would thoroughly recommend him to anyone. Ertunga is an exceptional guide who made our tour truly memorable. He explains the history and legends behind each of the ancient cities we visit (e.g. Sardis of King Croesus), then reads the Revelation passage and makes connections - it really makes the Biblical passages come alive for us. His stories and explanations were so edifying and touching at times (we especially recall Polycarp’s martyrdom at Smyrna), his warm and living faith really shines through. Besides the spiritual part, we also enjoy a lot of good local food, hot springs at the hotels, and tourist sites like Pamukkale and the Mediterranean coast. I can’t recommend this tour enough!
