Tour was good, guide/driver was very good and added to the tour other points of interest. Car was suitable for the tour with good AC. The hotels were of a good standard although some were not on the itinerary as booked. Airport pick up did not go well 2 hour wait with calls to the provider as our contact was not responding, this was not good as all pick up details were provided.

Thanks to a couple of Tripadvisor reviewers, I found Mr. Umesh Sashidharan's number (+91-8075271669) when I was looking for a reliable car and responsible driver for the trip. We were planning to visit Thiruvananthapuram - Alleppey - Thekkady - Munnar - Kochi and were in need of a person who can not only drive us responsibly but also be sort of a guide for local places. Umesh is a wonderful person for everything above. We chatted a few times over the phone a few times (it's hard to do such dealing sitting in the US). Nevertheless, he worked out the whole trip with me sending pictures of his car (Ertiga), cost and everything. We stayed in touch (booked his service a few months in advance) and was there at the airport to receive us. We were traveling as a family (2 girls) and the whole trip was very satisfying thanks to his safe driving (though he made sure that we reach in time for various events). We had great conversations about Kerala history, traditions, & life in general but at the same time he gave us privacy as well. He has good knowledge about the local places and took us to good eating places and events. My family highly recommends availing his services. I am happy to answer any question you may have and consider me his fan!

I have booked trip for kerala 2 year back but due to covid we have cancelled it twice, but after 2 year we get chance to visit kerala n travelsaga without any hesitation use my advance which i have given 2 years back. About trip is very very good all hotels n they arrangement was awesome .We had a memorable holiday.. Really happy with Travel Saga and would definitely recommend others to choose. Driver (Akshay n pravin) n houseboat (senna n raju)staff is very cooperative. Even our car having issues on 2nd day they provided us new car private new driver on spot such a very big thing to arrange this. N last moment arrangement done by vishu sir in houseboat.
