Like many people, people, I thought German food was sausages and potatoes. Jimmy gave us an historical view and ethnic origins to some popular dishes. I definitely tried things I wouldn’t have otherwise. He was well informed but with a humble slant in that he encouraged opinions of others. As a vegetarian, he made sure I had things to try and made me realize that , even in meat heavy places, there were vegetarian options. Enjoyable tour
