We booked our 7 days family (4) tour of Sri Lanka with Dizha Lanka Travels and were very happy with it. Everything was well organized and the trip ran smoothly from start to finish. It was great value for the money we spent. The agency was also respectful of our choices. We picked one of the hotels ourselves, and they left that decision to us. The hotel did not turn out as well as we hoped, and I would have appreciated a heads-up from them beforehand. That is the only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5. Overall I would highly recommend Dizha Lanka Travels, especially to families

I had an amazing 7-day tour in Sri Lanka with a customized package, and I’m very happy with the service I received. My tour operator, Ms. Sachi was absolutely amazing. I booked my trip at the last minute, but she did a great job customizing my tour and adjusting the itinerary according to my time and preferences. She was always helpful and made sure everything went smoothly throughout the trip. And I was also lucky to have a great driver, Mr. Sandu. He was very helpful, friendly, and made the journey comfortable and enjoyable. I especially loved the hill country of Sri Lanka, mainly because of the beautiful scenery and cool climate. The beaches were also very beautiful and relaxing. I had a little trouble with my visa at the beginning because I accidentally applied through a scam app with some missing details. Thankfully, the tour company helped me sort everything out and assisted me with getting the visa completely free of charge. I really appreciated their support during that stressful situation. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this service to anyone planning a trip to Sri Lanka. Our family recently traveled through northern Sri Lanka and the beautiful hill country, and it was such a unique experience. It was completely different from what we're used to, and we loved every minute of it. Sri Lanka is truly a beautiful country with so much to see. We did receive a few cheaper quotes from other tour companies, but we're so glad we chose this agency. The extra cost was absolutely worth it because we never had to worry about a thing. Every detail was taken care of, which made our vacation relaxing and stress-free. The hotels were excellent, and the food was fantastic. Since our kids can be pretty picky eaters, we were especially happy with the buffet options at each hotel. There was always something everyone enjoyed, which made traveling with children so much easier. This was one of the best family vacations we've ever had. We made memories that we'll cherish forever, and after a year and a half of stressful and challenging times, this trip was exactly what our family needed. We travelled with Dizha Lanka Travel in May on a customised tour covering Colombo, Anuradhapura, Trincomalee, Sigiriya, Ella, Kandy and the surrounding areas, and we couldn't have been happier with our experience. From the very start, the communication was excellent. The team really listened to what we were looking for and put together an itinerary that suited our family perfectly, making changes whenever we asked. They were especially thoughtful about our older parents' needs, which made the whole trip so much easier and more enjoyable for everyone. Our guide, Sandun, was fantastic. He was friendly, caring and always one step ahead, making sure everything ran smoothly. He shared so much about Sri Lanka, from its history and religious traditions to everyday family life, education, healthcare and local food. His knowledge of the tea industry was particularly interesting, and we learnt so much throughout the journey. There were so many memorable moments, but a few stand out. We loved the home-style cooking class, which gave us a real taste of Sri Lankan life. The beautiful train journey to Ella was every bit as stunning as we'd hoped, and the safari was an unforgettable experience. We came away with wonderful memories and a much deeper appreciation of Sri Lanka and its people. We'd happily recommend Dizha Lanka Travel to anyone looking for a personalised, well-organised and authentic holiday. We've just wrapped up our Sri Lankan tour from 7 Days tour, and we are truly gutted about what happened to Sri Lanka with the cyclone. Despite the challenging situation, our tour agency took such brilliant care of throughout the whole journey. We feel incredibly lucky that we were able to complete our trip safely, thanks to their support.
