Reaching the summit was one of the toughest and most incredible experiences, and I genuinely couldn’t have done it without my amazing crew. They supported me every step of the way, making sure I was eating enough, looking after me when things got tough, and giving me the mental encouragement I needed to keep going. A very special thank you to my guide, Evance. His patience, encouragement and belief in me made such a difference, especially during the hardest moments. I honestly don’t think I would have made it to the summit without him and the incredible team around me. Forever grateful for them and for an experience I’ll never forget.

I did the 6-day Machame Route with this company, and I think it was definitely worth the money. Don't expect the same experience as companies that charge two or three times more, but for the price, they do a great job. The guides and crew really care about getting you to the summit safely. They make sure you eat well, check on you regularly, and do their best to help you succeed. Like any tour, there's always room for improvement, but overall I think it's great value for the money. I would recommend them if you're looking for an affordable Kilimanjaro climb

I did book the tour one week ahead and booked a tour, where also other people would join. When I arrived I was informed, that I was the only one on the tour, because the others did postpone their tour with short notice. This didn’t change anything about the prize for me, even though it now was a solo tour. I was very thankful for that. The owner Jackson was very good in keeping in touch and is a very friendly guy. I really appreciated his support and guidance in the booking and transfer. Also the guide, chef and the porters on the mountain 🏔️ were experienced and friendly. But I think they do differ from costumer to costumer, because they freelance for different touroperators. The hotel that you stay in one night before and one night after is very nice too! A general consideration: When you consider to climb the Kili, consider if you want to book a toilet and a porter for that, cause the toilet facilities are not good in the camps. But this is a general thing from the nationalpark, and has nothing to do with BushLion. Thanks Jackson, for making my once in a lifetime experience possible with BushLion😃!

That was a top trip! Everything was very well organized! Pickup from the airport, transfer to and from, and the hotel stay were very good. Definitely top 3 hotels in the area. Jackson and the team are highly recommended! I had the impression that they were better than the guides in other teams. I recommend clarifying local recommendations regarding tips in advance, as they are rated quite high in Tanzania. I thank the team!!!
