This was an incredible tour! Our guide was nice enough to contact me a day in advance and tell me to meet them at the first spot as it was much closer to our hotel. We saw all the amazing sights and Ricardo was so informative and nice, always offering to take pictures for people etc. I will just say for people considering this tour is not only is it a lot of walking but it is rough terrain so make sure you have proper footwear!
The experience was listed as involving cliff jumping as an option- which we were told once on the tour that was not included. That was the only reason we booked this tour vs. others. We were told at the first location, that was not included. We then left (less than an hour in), and when we reached out for a refund, were denied. False advertising.
We booked the Benagil, Algar Seco, Marinha & 7 Hanging Valleys Tour. Ricardo shared many interesting facts about the cliffs, valleys, and caves throughout the tour. We felt well taken care of during the entire experience. Ricardo also made sure that all safety rules were followed. Highly recommended. We rate the overall experience very positively. As for the transportation, the van we traveled in was very comfortable and air-conditioned. Thank you for dropping us off at our Airbnb and for recommending a delicious traditional restaurant in Albufeira's Old Town. We truly appreciated it.
The places that we visited was beautiful. It’s worth doing this excursion as you get a chance to see the beauty of Albufiera.
The pickup location listed on Viator was our hotel. The guide sent m sages on a random app the day before. These issues caused us to miss the tour. We were refused a refund.

We would like to clarify that the pickup point selected during the booking process was not within our designated pickup area - For this reason, detailed pickup instructions, including the correct meeting location and time, were sent in advance through the contact method provided with the reservation. We understand that communication issues can sometimes occur, but all the necessary information was sent within the required timeframe prior to the tour. Unfortunately, as the meeting instructions were not followed and the tour departed as scheduled, we were unable to accommodate a refund. We had a really great experience on this tour and would definitely recommend it. Even though we accidentally selected the wrong pickup option during the booking process, the team was incredibly kind and still arranged a pickup directly from our hotel. We really appreciated that. Our tour guide Ricardo was excellent. He explained everything very clearly in English, drove very safely, and always made sure nobody was left behind. At every stop he waited until everyone was back before continuing, which made the whole tour feel very relaxed and well organized. The vehicle was comfortable and had air conditioning, which was perfect for the warm weather. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and one of the highlights of our trip to the Algarve.
Ricardo was a good guide. Showed us all the hot spots for good pictures. We recommend this tour but if you are not steady on your feet it might not be for you. There is walking on uneven rocky hilly terrain but you also have a second option to meet the van up ahead without walking the whole 2.5km. The washrooms at the top of marihna beach we're nit working so we took the steps down to the beach area and used the one down there. Its a bit of a walk down. We never did the secret beach because the opening inside the cave was too tight but got a good picture at the front of the opening. It was fun. Fit to see some cats that live there. The municipality built them a shelter which is nice.
Ricardo was an excellent guide. The views were breathtaking and so scenic. I would highly recommend for anyone to book this event ASAP.
Very nice day The hicking was a plus and the explanation of the guide very enriching The stop that was on the itinerary was very nice we had a great time and the drive was not to long
This was a memorable experience- thanks to Ricardo's excellent leadership - he is super knowledgeable about the Algarve - geologically and historically- we were able to all catch all the must see sights without rushing. Note: Wear good shoes-hiking/tennis and be prepared to go up and down -and if you have a hiking stick or two it couldn't hurt.
