Our itinerary was amazing and covered all the highlights of this beautiful country. We explored the vibrant city of Amman, admired the stunning mosaics in Madaba, enjoyed the breathtaking views from Mount Nebo, visited the sacred Baptism Site, floated effortlessly in the Dead Sea, discovered the magnificent Roman ruins of Jerash, experienced the magical desert landscapes of Wadi Rum, and, of course, spent unforgettable time exploring the breathtaking ancient city of Petra. Every destination was unique and exceeded our expectations. A huge thank you to our driver, Waseem, who truly made this trip exceptional. He was always punctual, professional, friendly, and incredibly kind. His driving was safe and comfortable throughout the journey, and he was always happy to share interesting information about Jordan's history, culture, and traditions. Waseem went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, gave us excellent recommendations, and always greeted us with a smile. His genuine hospitality made us feel more like friends than tourists. The vehicle was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, making even the longer drives enjoyable. The itinerary was well planned, giving us enough time at every location without ever feeling rushed. Honestly, this trip to Jordan is the best one we have booked through the platform. The magic and beauty of this country are simply incredible. Beyond the unfortunate situation at the border—which was our main concern—we were pleasantly surprised to find that Jordan is a peaceful and safe country, with incredibly kind and hospitable people. Petra, the Wadi Rum desert, Jerash, the Dead Sea, and the city of Aqaba with its extraordinary Red Sea, were all unique and unforgettable experiences. The food was absolutely delicious and very fresh - every day felt like a feast. The hotels included in this package were excellent, with amazing service. His mastery of English, genial demeanor, scenic route choices, clean and well-stocked car, and attentiveness to details like porting luggage made the trip stress-free. I wholeheartedly recommend him as a driver! Tour Structure & Flexibility Unlike group tours, this itinerary allows for independent exploration, with the exceptions of guided Petra and Baptismal site excursions. At other sites, travelers can hire self-identified guides—just be sure to verify their credentials. Site visits were well-organized, and the trip faithfully followed the published itinerary. The hidden gem of this tour is its customization options. Lucy from Tour Experts was incredibly responsive to my inquiries and accommodated last-minute changes, such as: - Upgrading hotel class for two stays - Adding extra excursions Hotels & Final Thoughts Most accommodations met expectations, though I found the Amman hotel to be closer to a 3-star experience rather than the advertised 4-star. However, renovations are underway, so this may improve. If I could change one thing, I would have preferred to end the trip at the Dead Sea, rather than earlier in the itinerary. During the trip I booked a stay at Kempinski Hotel Ishtar Dead Sea (an upgrade) — it and the spa were truly luxurious and rejuvenating. I left feeling incredibly relaxed— this would have been an ideal way to conclude the journey. I understand, however, that logistically speaking this may be a challenge to how the tour route is planned. Final Recommendation I highly recommend Tour Experts for anyone looking for a well-organized, flexible, and immersive Jordan experience. This tour offers a perfect balance of structure and independence, allowing travelers to experience the best of Jordan their own way.
