We spent 6 days with Fatih, who organized this Lycian Way hike for us (between Fethiye and Antalya). A perfect pace of 4 to 6 hours of walking per day with varied routes and difficulties as well. A succession of paths, rocky trails, forest passages, scrubland, shade, sun, site visits, swims, and even a half-day on a boat. The perfect balance with a top view of the Mediterranean. We highly recommend Fatih, who is a professional, knows the Lycian Way perfectly, and coordinated all the transfers, hotels, meals, and guiding flawlessly. Thank you, Fatih.

Fatih's tour are extremely well organised. He is a very good planner and coordinator of day to day logistics. With Fatih, this tour was not just a walking trip. Fatih provides ongoing and insightful cultural commentary as you move from place to place. Our transfers to and from the trail start and finish each day went like clockwork. Our excellent driver Recep, appeared on his magic carpet whenever needed. Food and accommodation was more than adequate. Fatih was attentive to our needs on an ongoing basis making adjustments as the need arose for our group of four. Parts of the Lycian Way are quite rugged limestone so wear appropriate footwear. Overall, we consider Fatih's tour was one of the best we have ever done; stunning coastal views, amazing cultural sites and delightful local experiences during our 14 day tour. In the case of trekking in Turkiye we believe that Fatih's guided tour of the Lycian Way is a better option than a self-guided trip because of the high value we placed on his guidance and commentary along the way. We found Turkiye is a secular, welcoming and safe country to visit. Never did we feel uncomfortable. We have no hesitation in recommending Fatih for your packaged Lycian Way tour.

Wonderful trip, it is hard to come back! Landscapes are breath-taking, and different each day. Accomodation is perfect for a hiking trip, with delicious food on the way. Antique sites are amazing.. And above all the guiding was perfect, with Fatih was able to have our 5-year old walk the entire tip!

We took a fabulous family walk along the Lycian Way with Fatih. Everything was perfectly organized: diversified and balanced walking tour (about 3 to 5 hours a day), minibus that carried our things and met us in the evening, booking clean and pleasant hotels. Fatih is a present and available guide and at the same time very respectful of individual and collective spaces. This trip gave me incredible energy. Fatih belongs ‘on the track’. He’s full of care and knowledge and knows when to step forth and when to fade into the back. The Lycian Way and Fatih will always be synonymous with each other for me.

Fatih and Overland Tours was simply incredible. Due to time restraints we did a 6 day “highlights” trek of the Lycian Way, most days takes taking short transfers by car to a starting point then hiking from 3-6 hours each day. We left a lot of the decisions up to Fatih and that certainly did not disappoint. Not only is he an expert with route planning (he always knew which direction to go for the better route, which sections to avoid, etc.), he was incredibly knowledgeable about the history, mythology, and even local flora. He took the time to point out interesting things that we would have certainly missed if we attempted to hike the trail alone, which made it all the more worth it to have a guide. Even the pensions we stayed at and the restaurants we ate at were hand-picked by Fatih, and each one was different and charming in its own way. We really felt like we got the full Lycian Way experience. Fatih was also very attentive the entire trek, and often went out of his way to help other hikers we met along the trail. He seemed to us like a great ambassador for the trail, making sure everyone— not just us— had the best experience possible. We really can’t recommend Fatih enough and are so grateful for our experience.

We did a 3 day tour on Lycian Way paths with a private group of 7 including family and friends. We started at Fethiye. Our guide Fatih made this a wonderful experience. We loved the beautiful landscapes, breathtaking views and variations in flora and de fauna along the coast. The tour included a short visit to Sidyma ancient city where we met Kate Clow, writer and creator of Turkey's long distance trekking route The Lycian Way. The tour was very well organized and included delicious meals and good hotels. Fatih adapted the tour whenever needed and organized all transport. He was also very knowledgeable about local history, flora and fauna. In short, a great experience for all participants.
