Very nice tour, first walking along beautiful cliffs and then a boat trip to admire the coast from the other side. Our guide Henk was very helpful and introduced us to the local fauna and flora. Our pick up was a bit late but this was because there had been a misunderstanding with the previous pick up. Henk really apologized several times but such things can happen so certainly no problem for us. It was a really great day.

Great way to see the gorgeous Algarve coast line and get some exercise as well! Very informative and super nice guides, both on the boat and on the ground. There are three parts on the tour: the fun boat ride, seeing Ferrugudo, an old fisherman village, and then the walk along cliffs. So well organized and thought out tour. We loved it!

In case you want a full experience on the beautiful Algarve coast line, book this tour. First we went to see the shore from a boat with 2 other couples (only 6 of us, which made the tour very pleasant) and even though we didn’t get to go into the caves due to very windy weather, it didn’t matter. The boat ride was very informative and so much fun! Then we went to Ferrugudo, to a small fishing town next to Portimoa and it was such a charming place to walk and have coffee and pastries. Then we went for a nice relaxed hike up on the cliffs. Our guide Henke was such a great tour leader, thank you for your patience and listening to us (and let us walk even more!). All in all, really a great tour!!

Complete land and sea introduction to the Portomao—Carvoeio coast. First a 2 hr, moderately paced hike, followed by lunch in Ferragudo’s old town square, then a great zodiac ride with an expert captain along the famous cliffs and grottoes of the middle Argalve. A full and varied day we thoroughly enjoyed with Carlos and Peter.

Michael was our guide, what an amazing guy. He's was so informative, funny and interacted with guests exceptionally! He's was so knowledgeable of the area, plants and animals. Our walk was captivating, photos I took dont do it justice. Rodriguez and Diogo was also fantastic, making our boat tour that extra special. Highly recommend booking your tour through Portitours! This was a great day! Our guide, Michael from Portitours, was personable and knowledgeable. He shared information about the flora and fauna of the regions as well as interesting historical facts. The afternoon boat tour was also fabulous! Viewing the Algarve landscape from the water is a must. To enter the caves was a definite bonus!

A perfect day: we started with a “hiking tour” with lots of information about nature, land and people. We were driven in a small bus with seven people to the individual locations. In a small fishing village we had lunch. Afterwards with a boat tour then visited all the rocks we looked at from above in the morning. We had a great guide who entertained us all day very nicely. I can highly recommend the trip, even as a solo traveler. Because of the small group, you can quickly get in touch with others.
