ツアーは朝の午前 8 時にホテルから始まり、カトマンズの歴史的で謎に満ちた渓谷内の 8 時間の 1 日ツアーにご案内します。 7 つの文化遺産の最初の目的地は、最大のマンダラのある仏塔であるボダナートです。この仏塔にはカサパ仏陀の遺骨が納められていると言われています。チベットからの古代交易路上にあり、北東隅のサンク村のそばからカトマンズ渓谷に入り、チャルマティ・ストゥーパ（しばしば「リトル・ボダナート」と呼ばれる）というチャバヒルの古代の小さな仏塔まで続いています。 チベット商人は何世紀にもわたってボダストゥーパで休憩し、祈りを捧げてきました。 1959 年のチベット動乱の後、多くのチベット難民がネパールに移住し、ボダナート周辺に定住しました。チベット難民の流入により、ボダ周辺に50以上のゴンパ（仏教僧院）が建設された。 1979 年の時点で、ボダ ストゥーパはユネスコの世界遺産に登録されています。

I had an amazing one-day hike experience at Shivapuri Nagarjun National Park with Mr. Nilakantha as my guide. He is extremely knowledgeable about the trails, nature, and local surroundings, which made the hike even more enjoyable and meaningful. We covered Namo buddha monastery and Bhaktapur. In spite of a very grey rainy day our guide Nilkanth and driver Ram made trenendous effort to give us the best experience and support. Really enjoyed the day and do recommed this team for day excursions. We also went to Pashupathi nath temole with the sane team and had a very spiritual tour during an evening aarti. Unforgettable
