We left Cusco at 7:00 a.m. and it was an excellent decision. The trip was very comfortable and the views throughout the way were incredible. Palcoyo exceeded our expectations: the colored mountains are impressive, the stone forest is unique, and the hike is quite easy. Also, there were few visitors, which allowed us to enjoy the landscape in peace and take very good photographs. Without a doubt, an experience I would recommend to anyone visiting Cusco.

THE BEST EXPERIENCE
The best choice I made without needing to wake up early, and the best part is that you find the landscape all to yourself; the guide and the driver were very professional in their work, and the lunch was the best.

Marco was a great guide on an amazing tour
This was a wonderful experience made more special by our guide Marco. We were able to do the tour at a slow and steady pace as we struggled a little with the altitude despite having been in Cusco for a couple of days before. Marco gave us the confidence to complete our journey and I’m so glad the we were able to appreciate the amazing views.

A wonderful outing with great company
Wonderful experience with my son. We were able to get up at a reasonable hour. Our guide Marco was very attentive to our needs and very interesting to listen to. Our driver Yerald was able to get us to our destination safely even though the roads are narrow and steep. A good, reliable driver. I recommend this activity to you.

HIGHLY Recommended - take this tour with this operator!
Our driver Cesar and english-speaking guide Nestor picked us up (and dropped back off) directly at our hotel. Cesar was an excellent driver in a comfortable van for the ride. Along the way, Nestor told us about the history of the area and the ruins we passed. Once we arrived at Palccoyo, Nestor was an excellent guide with attention to our every need. He was patient with us on the hike, told us all about the area, and even let us practice our Spanish with him. We were so happy with our experience and will happily recommend them to anyone interested in this hike. The hike itself was very approachable and led to some of the greatest views we have ever seen!

An unforgettable experience with departures at 7 am
The trip was excellent because the departure was at 7 am, which gave us time to rest normally. They picked us up after we had already had breakfast at our hotels. The journey was wonderful and unforgettable; the cars were clean, and our guide was very friendly and charismatic. He made us relive the past with the stories and culture he shared. I highly recommend Palcoyo Tours; they were very attentive from my reservation, and I would book with them again. I will book with them for my next trip.

It is worth it to leave late at 7:00 AM.
The tour offered is a good option for those of us who are not used to getting up early. Modern transportation and a very helpful guide who assisted us and was attentive at all times. Thank you for helping me fulfill the challenge of reaching a mountain of colors, beautiful landscapes, and this option is highly recommended.
