I did a lot of research on different companies in Huaraz, and I am SO glad I chose Andean Raju. Writing this review 10 days after I returned to the usa, and I am writing because I'm still thinking about how great my experience was. Book it....even if you're a Missouri boy with no travel abroad experience! Took two tours with Andean Raju and both were the easiest, safest, and most professional tours I took in Peru (out of 12) Absolutely flawless tour. I speak little to no Spanish, was solo, and this hike was chosen to challenge myself. All of that considered, I could not have asked for a more professional company......and a more beautiful hike! Our driver was on time, the guide was excellent, and there were people from all countries. The tour was in Spanish, but the guide was kind and helped me translate all important information. In my opinion, nothing in the states compares to 69. the hike up isn't easy, but the views the entire hike are amazing, and the laguna is quite possibly the most beautiful thing I have ever seen in my life. Highly recommend, you will not regret it.
