Thank you for sharing your feedback. Our evening cruise is a one-hour sightseeing experience designed to show Kraków’s main riverside landmarks in a relaxed atmosphere. The audio commentary is played throughout the cruise, although on a shared departure background noise from other passengers can occasionally affect how clearly it is heard. If another group is being particularly loud, our crew is always available and can be informed during the cruise so they can assist. We’re sorry the evening experience did not meet your expectations, but we hope you were still able to enjoy some of Kraków’s illuminated landmarks and views from the Vistula.

Thank you for your feedback. Our evening cruise is designed to enjoy Kraków’s illuminated landmarks and riverside atmosphere, although the level of city lighting itself is beyond our control. The audio commentary is available on board, and guests are welcome to change seats during the cruise — there are several seating areas, including the sheltered lower deck, where the narration may be easier to hear. During warm evenings, small non-biting midges can occasionally appear near the Vistula, particularly around lights, as part of the natural riverside environment.

The tour is also clearly described as including an English/Polish audio guide. Thank you for sharing your feedback. Our cruises operate rain or shine, as changing weather is part of the river experience and the cruise can still take place safely in wet conditions. For less favourable weather, guests can use the covered lower deck, which provides a more sheltered space during the journey. We’re sorry that the rain affected your comfort. Our crew prepares the boat before departure and is always happy to assist if seats need additional drying or if guests would prefer to move to another area on board. In rainy weather, visibility through the windows can naturally be more limited, especially with condensation and water on the glass.
