I cannot say enough wonderful things about this travel agent. My recent experiences exceeded my expectations. I have not a negative thing to say about any services I've booked for. From one minute to the next I couldn't decide on my travel plans. I contacted Viet countless times everyday for a few days, not once was he annoyed or rude or anything of the sort. As a matter of fact it was quite the opposite. Viet was patient, understanding and make every effort to accommodate me. Thank you Viet for providing such excellent service. You are amazing!!!! Ba Be Lake & Ban Gioc Waterfall are amazing too!!!
Hi Edens, Thank you very much for your review. I really appreciate you taking the time off to let me know how you feel about my service. I look forward to serving you again in the near future. Thank you again. Regards, Viet
