It was awesome experience! All foods to eat in the tour tasted exclusive. The tour guide, Janine, was outgoing and had an affluent topics. I could know the food culture and the histories of Surry Hills and Darlinghurst. I recommend everyone to pick the tour up!

The Surry Hills food tour was wonderful. Well worth the time and money. Not only did we get to explore the neighborhood, we ate some delicious food, some of which we would have never tried on our own. Karina (our guide) was fabulous. So friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Janine is one of the best guides for any tourist activity I have ever seen. She took my group with Ryan and Julie through a history, culture, and food program to rival a full set documentary crew just with her charm. It is worth every penny to experience this good tour.

Karina was knowledgeable and energetic, and was overall an effective tour leader. Our tour focused on Surry Hills, which is a locale known for great food in Sydney. The meeting point was easy to find but a bit noisy so it was somewhat difficult to hear until we moved. Once we got going things improved immediately. Three places offered very tasty foods and drinks that made up a good lunch, and 2 stops were bakeries. The amount of walking was very manageable and mostly flat. We definitely did not feel hungry at the end. Karina made sure we all knew how to get home after.

We enjoyed this tour with Karina. The meeting point was a little noisy so it was hard to hear the introductory talk. But it was great once we got going. There were only 5 stops, not 6 as listed on the headline, but the last place did serve us 2 dishes. Karina shared lots of information about the Surry Hills area and about some of the colorful characters who helped shape it. The food choices were very tasty and were things we would not have chosen ourselves.

The food was good from beginning to end and Corina was great! Icing to the cake was they had Somersby, our favorite. We enjoyed our tour of Sully Hills.

While this tour provided enough food, except for a single slice of mortadella at one stop all the food was carbs and sugar - unacceptable. I’ve taken many food tours in cities all over the world and never had such a poor selection of food. Where was the advertised “butcher’s choice of the day”? Too bad because the tour guide, Karina, was passionate and informative.
