Her planning and execution of our trp was excellent. Our guides were all 4 & 5 stars. And ou driver mr Raju was 5++ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐. Every step of the way he took very good care of us. We always felt very safe despite the crazy 🤪 India traffic.

Great tour
Our Joyful Holidays experience has been wonderful from start to finish. Communication was very good from Sonia, taylor making our Golden Triangle private tour for us. Our driver Ram was an excellent, safe driver - negotiating the Indian traffic with skill! His kind and calm manner was very much appreciated.
All of our guides in each city were friendly, knowledgeable and fun to spend the day with.
We highly recommend this company to book a very well organised and trouble free trip!

Great way to experience the golden triangle

Great custom tour company in India
Joyful Tours did a fabulous job of planning our trip.... and i know that I'm not always easy to deal with. They accommodated changes we wanted and kept plans on time. The driver and guides were outstanding!
The company is owned by Sonia..a woman in a man- dominated business. She certainly earned my respect!

Ranthambore tiger reserve is the best!
The tour was executed exactly as it was advertised. The places visited were interesting. The best part of the tour was visiting Ranthambore National Park. It was great to see the animals in their natural habitat. The landscape was very interesting - from lush streams to open forest to succulents on the hilltops. We got to see lots of animals and even a tiger waking up from his nights slumber! I enjoyed taking time away from the hustle and bustle of normal India to experience the calm of the forest. Thankyou to the Maharaja of Jaipur for preserving the area as his own private hunting ground and for the government of India for making it a national park in recent years.
I found the guides to be knowledgeable and very accommodating. In Delhi my guide was Shikha Jha. In Jaipur my guide was Neeru Chauhan. In Agra my guide was Alka Doddo. They were all excellent.
My driver for the whole tour was Ajay Kushwah. He was extraordinarily good. He is a lovely guy and very accommodating. He does everything to please and always goes the second mile. His driving is excellent! There was not one time that I felt unsafe, which is saying something given the chaotic nature of Indian traffic. I would recommend him to anyone wanting a good driver.
My accommodation was good and clean. Almost everything worked apart from the air conditioner at my Delhi hotel. The pick of the accommodation venue's was Ranthambore Nature Camp. It was very neat, clean and peaceful. It was nice staying in such a beautiful setting outside the urban areas.

A memorable tour
Enjoyed our five day Golden Triangle and Ranthambore tour. Saw many beautiful ancient sites, and the accommodation and included meals were great. Our main driver Pooran was the highlight. He was professional, knowledgeable, had a good sense of humour, and his car was spotless. We always felt safe with his driving, and the drives were a comfortable way to see the scenery. We also liked our tour guides in Delhi and in Agra, Dasrat and Bipul. The only reasons I am rating this as a 4 and not 5 star are: we were booked on a "Tiger Tour" at the time of year when it is least likely to see a tiger because most of the zones are closed for mating season. I feel we should have been made aware of this so that we could have adjusted our itinerary accordingly for maximum value. Second, the tour guides in Jaipur and Fatehpur Sikri had a tendency to sit us down in corners looking at walls and then monologue, and when I would look around to appreciate the site that we were in they would say "excuse me" to get my attention back (one even snapped his fingers at me). Finally, the driver that we had from Agra to Delhi airport was unprofessional and terrifying: he drove fast and aggressively while watching YouTube videos and constantly talking on his phone. This was an unfortunate way to end the experience. However, I passed this feedback on to Sonia and she was quick to respond (as she has been from the beginning), and polite and receptive to my feedback. So I am sure these things will be improved for the next people. Thank you Sonia and team for a pleasant and memorable experience!

Amazing 6 day tour!!!
We researched our trip on Tripadvisor and Joyful Holidays came up trumps. We have been looked after beautifully and nothing was too much trouble. Great communication throughout from Sonia and Ram our driver. Ram was very calm throughout our trip and we felt very safe on the road with him. He was also very happy to inform us about Indian culture and history. Unfortunately due to flooding our two day stay in Ranthambore was cancelled but Sonia worked very hard and came up with great alternatives to try to give us an insight into Indian wildlife. Highly recommended.

Golden Triangle with Ranthambore
Our trip to the Golden Triangle and Ranthambore has been one of the most incredible experiences we've ever had. As four female travellers in their early twenties, we were apprehensive about visiting India for the first time, especially during monsoon season, but from the moment our driver Ram picked us up at the airport, in the middle of the night, we have felt completely safe and welcomed. We want to thank Prerak for going above and beyond during our tour of Delhi, staying later than usual to ensure we finished sightseeing and that we got back to the hotel safely. Thank you to Dilip for your commitment to getting the perfect photographs of us at the Taj Mahal and for explaining how such a magnificent building came to be. Thank you to Bunty for your tour of Fatehpur Sikri, and to Rajesh for topping off our trip with an unexpected visit to meet the elephants in Jaipur! We especially want to thank our driver Ram - your commitment to making us feel comfortable, safe and welcomed, as well as working around the busy schedule of our trip, has truly made this the trip of a lifetime. Well organised, good car & driver - would recommend!
Me and and my friend (female, UK, 20's) really enjoyed the trip with Joyful Holidays. It was very well planned with a set driver (Ram 😄), nice car and a new tour guide for each new spot we went to. The tour guides knew a lot of information and mostly were able to answer questions about each spot.
Ram, our driver, was spectacular. Full of information, stories, and such a polite and efficient service. He went out of his way to make our trip better, stopping at tourist friendly restaurants & toilets, buying us local fruit, stopping to look at interesting things along the route and buying me birthday sweet treats - Couldn't ask for more 🙌🏼 would recommend 😄

India tour
We went on a private tour of the golden triangle area from Delhi with Joyful holidays. The tour was well organised and we had a very attentive driver (Pooran Singh) who always made us feel comfortable, safe and well looked after. Sonia organised everything for us very quickly and was easily contactable with any questions.
