Fantastic outing!! Our tour guide was wonderful - from her cheerfulness and enthusiasm to her safe driving and concern for our comfort. We saw a couple of koalas and kangaroos, as well as some other animals, and the landscape was stunning. There is a lot of walking and some of it is on slippery, uneven ground, so proper footwear is a must. Thank you for a bucket-list day!!
Don’t book with Viator if you are in Brisbane! We were never picked up from our starting point in Brisbane and never participated in this tour. This was of no fault from the activity company, paradise tours. We tried to gain information from Viator as to why this mishap happened, we requested to speak to a supervisor, this was denied. Viator assured us that they have refunded our money, but our day was ruined. We appreciate paradise tours, the activity company, communicating with us afterwards as to how this mistake happened. This sounds like a great tour and it primarily leaves from the Gulf Coast, not Brisbane.

Victor was Awesome! We enjoyed our day, relaxing lunch & spectacular waterfalls, rainforest & shaded hikes. The 2.5 m hike is steeper than I expected, but doable because of the shaded rainforest & cooler temperatures. We really enjoyed our day & would recommend the tour & our guide, Victor to others!
