Let me start of by saying that in all if my 44 years, I have never wrote a review. My family has been really fortunate to have gone to many places. But the professionalism and the family like accomadations that we experienced was like none that have I have never experienced before. Their knowledge was exceptional and anytime we needed some extra service, they did not hesitate to get it done. I'm not really a souq kinda guy so Ahmed veered away from the souq and gave us a tour of downtown Cairo and showed us some amazing mosques. He didn't miss a beat in his exceptional knowledge of Egypt. We had some amazing food downtown and saw an awesome Suffi performance. My sister Nermeen was a rock star. Her knowledge was bar none. She made us feel like family. Unfortunately we only had one day in Luxor but the experience will last a life time. Traveling up and down the tombs of the various Ramses tombs gave us many memories. With all that moving she was very professional with a great sense of humor. We love both of them so very much and have acquired some new family members. I can assure you that when we come back to Egypt, only Ahmed Tonsi and Nermeen Adly will do. I will not accept any other travel agents. Brother Ahmed is in Cairo and Sister Nermeen is in Luxor. You must use them. You will not regret it. This is the first time we met but I'm sure it will not be our last. Five stars all the way for both of them. Good job Koki Day Tours. Awesome job!
Our guide for Luxor was Nermeen... She was awesome! Her knowledge of Egyptian culture was vast and she had a great personality to make things even better. She was very accomodating as I was sore from our tour of Cairo the day before. She slowed her pace and made made sure I was okay walking up amd down stairs amd inclines. And was very understanding when we decided to skip shopping and go to the hotel. She gave us information not only about Luxor and it's highlights, but Cairo, Alexandria, and Sharm El Shaikh! Her recommendations are going to keep us coming back to Eygpt. Thanks Meena! You left a lasting impression!
