The actual scheduled timeframe includes travel time from the guest’s hotel as well as the journeys between attractions throughout the day. As guests stay at different hotels across Penang, travel duration and traffic conditions can vary significantly from one tour to another, making it difficult to accurately predict the exact amount of sightseeing time available at each stop. In your case, your hotel was located quite a distance from George Town and the main sightseeing areas, which resulted in additional travel time during the tour. On the day of the tour, extra time was also spent on a lunch stop requested during the trip, which is not part of the standard itinerary. Despite this, our guide was happy to extend the tour by approximately an extra hour at no additional charge to help maximize your experience. For guests who wish to cover every stop listed in the itinerary, timing at each attraction can be important to ensure the schedule runs smoothly throughout the day.
