Wonderful way to learn, experience Santiago like a local. Daniel showed me all interesting places in Santiago that one coul not have seen in a few days alone. Convenient travel with Daniel who is the driver and the tour guide. As a guide, he has a good knowledge of history, geography, science, … Daniel speaks English, Spanish, and Portuguese fluently. As a driver, Daniel is a careful one who knows all the roads and even the people working on the roads.
Wear good supportive shoes, & bring bottled water. Listen to guide as they are full of information about history, culture & good places to get food. Have a reasonable fitness before heading off on holidays.
Cannot recommend this tour enough!! Danny is so knowledgeable and passionate about Santiago and Chile that you get fully immersed in the city and culture. We felt like locals as Danny knew the city like the back of his hand. We saw and experienced things we absolutely would not have if not been for this tour. Danny made the day so enjoyable, and our only regret was that we didn’t have more time to experience more of Santiago and Chile with him! If we ever are lucky enough to be back in Chile, Danny will be our first call!

This is a full day in depth tour if Santiago City, giving an insight into Chilean history, art, and architecture. We were kept well informed throughout the day by Daniel, who provided a deep explanation of Chilean development over time. He kept the day well paced and allowed just enough time to ourselves. We saw some lovely areas of Santiago, the main historical buildings, including time to visit the cathedral. We also spent some time going up the cable car and down the funicular. We ended the day with a pleasant stroll through BellaVista and had chance to sample a Chilean empanada! We were so happy we chose this tour, as it delivered on all points.
The guide’s depth and breadth of knowledge was amazing. Their love of their country was infectious. They were so very enthusiastic.
Amazing tour of Santiago! Would highly recommend to anyone interested in learning more about the culture of Santiago. The tour was adjusted to accommodate our interests. Food experiences were available throughout the tour and provided the opportunity to eat and learn about local cuisine in non touristy places if desired. Also saw amazing views and visited many different areas in Santiago. Our guide Felipe was so friendly and helpful!
Felipe was an outstanding guide and made my Santiago city tour truly memorable. He did a fantastic job showing us the most interesting and beautiful spots around the city, and he explained everything in a way that was engaging and easy to understand. I learned a lot about the history, culture, and daily life in Santiago while exploring. Daniel drove us around Santiago and he was equally impressive. He was extremely knowledgeable about the city’s history and shared fascinating insights throughout the tour. It was clear that both Felipe and Daniel have a genuine passion for what they do. Their love for their work and for their city really came through in every interaction. They were both incredibly kind, professional, and attentive, making sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying the experience the entire time. The tour felt exciting, relaxed, and very well organized. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Santiago. Although other people who had booked our tour cancelled, Pancho (Francisco) was so wonderful about giving just the two of us a wonderful tour! He was so thoughtful and energetic in spite of the hot weather; he never rushed us. Our driver, Rodrigo, was an excellent driver and he always appeared out of nowhere to pick us up to take us to our next destination! The pre-trip communication was also very good. We were very fortunate to have you as our guides for the day!
