My wife and I toured the Louvre with a small group, guided by Sophie, an art historian. She was exceptional—her explanations were clear, engaging, and enriched with sharp, well‑timed humor. This is a scam!! My wife booked us to tour the louvre with this guide. We paid in advance. We arrived extra early before 5 for a 5:30 tour. No tour guide showed up, 5 of the max 6 were waiting at the designated spot. We waited until 6:30 hoping that the guide was late, but the guide was a no show. We tried calling the walks numbers, both the US and European number, we got a message and put on hold for 20 minutes until the call was disconnected twice. There was no communication and they were unreachable. When we got back to our hotel my wife recived an email claiming that the tour was changed from 5:30 to 5:00. She had checked her email and had not received the change in time until after 5:00. We were waiting at the designated spot at 4:45 and there was no tour guide for walks tours. We met 3 other of the people who booked this tour also waiting, for a total of five of a max of six. So this tour company has taken $350 CAD from us as well as the other people believing they are going to have a tour only to be stood up. Michael

Sophia was awesome. Her knowledge of the art was exceptional. And her passion for the art was infectious. We enjoyed her tour immensely.

Sabine was wonderful and amazing. Fabulous tour of the Louvre. Sabine was friendly, full of information, shared insights and funny anecdotes. I thought the evening “after hours” tour would be a little less crowded than the tour we had taken in the daytime. This was not the case. It was still very crowded with many people. Regardless, we enjoyed it!

Excellent tour guide, Xauo, who had enthusiasm and knowledge and great energy. The Louvre is a lot and doing it all in one trip is not possible, this was an excellent way to start the exploration while getting some major highlights, incudling the ever popular Mona Lisa.
