We had a wonderful tour of the lakes and sights around Banff, and a huge part of what made the experience so memorable was our guide, Robyn. Robyn was funny, intelligent, incredibly knowledgeable about the area, and clearly passionate about sharing it with visitors. She made the tour interesting and entertaining, with great stories and insights along the way. She also went above and beyond to make sure everyone was comfortable and getting the most out of the experience. The scenery around Banff is spectacular, but having a guide like Robyn made our day even more spectacular. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Amazing Banff Tour! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an amazing experience touring Banff with Rahul! He was punctual, friendly, knowledgeable, and very accommodating throughout the entire day. Everything was well organized, and he made sure we had plenty of time to enjoy the beautiful scenery and take photos without ever feeling rushed. Rahul made the day fun and effortless for our group. Highly recommend this tour and definitely ask for Rahul!

This is a wonderful way to see the sights in Banff. Our driver, ET, spoke with us to discover what we were interested in seeing so that he could customize the trip for us. He also knew all the best places for food and photos along the way as well. ET was very friendly and we enjoyed our day with him. Our only feedback would be that it would have been nice to have more information/knowledge about the places and the things we were visiting.

A luxurious small passenger van, a personable and knowledgeable guide, and breathtaking lakes and mountains, what more could you ask for? Itiel, our guide, was wonderful and very understanding of those who were slower or wanted to refrain from the 1 or 2 parts that were a little more challenging and showed us options that worked better (but didn’t hamper the others on the tour). All in all, such a great way to see so much all in one day. Plus we didn’t have to deal with all of the parking issues at the often crowded parking lots. Highly recommend if you want an easy way to see a lot in a short amount of time!

Our tour guide Robyn was excellent and the tour was amazing. Robyn customized it to our needs and requests and made it perfect for us. She was funny, had so many interesting facts to share, was very knowledgeable about the area, and went above and beyond. We would definitely do this again.

Vani was an incredible tour guide. Super accommodating and knowledgeable. The private tour experience was better than we ever imagined. The entire process was incredibly easy and Vani’s communication throughout was immaculate. Make sure to book this experience if you want to maximize your experiences within a day trip. Vani’s flexibility allowed us to customize our experiences for the day and we got to see all the locations and sights we wanted. This is the premier way to see all the wonderful sights without the hassle of parking, crowded shuttles/buses, and other stressors that may come up.

Where to even start.... 1. If you can afford the private tour I HIGHLY recommend this. You have the opportunity to flex your schedule based on what you personally want to see and do or based on the guides recommendations. (If you can not purchase Vista Chase Group Tour for this. Mercedes van offers maybe 12 seats which makes the tour more personable.) 2. Moraine Lake is highly protected and just the average car can not drive up to it. You will need to purchase a tour of some sort. For this part of our trip we got on one of Vista Chases shuttles. (We had a private tour. Our guide arranged everything for this. We simply got on the shuttle and enjoyed our day.) 3. The shuttle is immaculate! Leather seats, spacious, Mercedes, Complete luxury with a limited amount of seating. Which made it more personable than getting on a big tour bus. 4. The guide, Rahul, guided us and kept his eye on us the whole time. There was never a moment even while exploring that he didn't know where we were. Super protective of his guests. Not in an overbearing way but an attentive way. He was not intrusive but available. 5. Rahul can skip some pretty serious rocks! Very impressive and the water at Lake Moraine is as still as the night. It was a joy to spend time with him and see a personable side. Loved it!! 6. This tour was absolutely AMAZING!!! PRIVATE is the ticket so splurge and sit back and enjoy the beauty! 7. This day Rahul showed up in an Escalade. BEAUTIFUL!! Well kept, all the bells and whistles, CLEAN! Passenger controlled heating in the back. Luxury all the way. 8. Every person we encountered working for Vista Chase was so sincere and kind. This company truly cares about your experience and will ask how they can improve, is there anything we'd like to do different. So respectful of our experience. 9. Communication, Impecable!!! I received emails and direct contact information for our Guide and drivers as the company also offered free pick up and drop off from the Calgary Airport. 10. Very punctuale. They showed up ready to go, early and if there was a delay it was less than 5 minutes. I recommend HIGHLY!!!
