Solo Traveller with Unforgettable experience
Indika was kind enough to drive me the long trip back to Kandy late at night from Ella after finishing a tour with another customer. It was heavy rain for most parts of it with the appearances of an elephant and deer along the way. Indika made me feel safe the whole journey and was easy to chat to. Even took time to take a Video of the elephant and send to me as my phone had died. He is now my go to choice as a guide and driver for rest of time in Sri Lanka.
an incredible trip with a cool guide
This is just a gorgeous experience, especially for a first trip to Sri Lanka. We learned about the tour from our friend, who was delighted with the trip. Our journey started in Sigiriya and continued to Kandy, where we also decided to seek help from Indika. In Kandy itself, we were on an express tour; otherwise, I wouldn't call it that 🤣 The program is very rich, but it was worth it. The next day, Indika picked us up from the hotel for further travel. The transfer was very comfortable, and what was even nicer is that they genuinely cared about us. Want to eat - no problem, need a pharmacy - we'll stop by, want to stay and enjoy the view - great. When you travel to a new country for the first time, it's simply wonderful to find someone who genuinely wants to make your vacation better. We bombarded him with questions, and he answered everything kindly. Hotels with all amenities, absolutely no complaints. A cool bonus - Indika takes great photos 😁
In these 6 days we visited many beautiful places, ate delicious food and enjoyed our time. The locations were excellent, the southern coast of Sri Lanka is something incredible. I sincerely recommend this tour and will gladly contact Indika for a new itinerary on my next trip. Thank you for the great experience and friendliness 🙏🏻
