I felt safe as a solo female traveller. The hotels and houseboat were also clean. The people were very nice and the driver took care of me and support me along the way. Just have to know about the tipping culture other than that the trip is smooth.

Our trip to Srinagar was beautifully planned and managed by Manisha and Saima, and it truly turned out to be one of the most memorable experiences for our family. From the stay arrangements to the sightseeing, everything was perfectly organized and smoothly managed. A special mention to Hotel Al Hamrah and Supreme Resort for their wonderful hospitality and extremely humble staff who made our stay so comfortable and welcoming. Their warmth and service added so much joy to our journey. The experiences at Gulmarg and Sonmarg were absolutely breathtaking and undoubtedly the highlights of the trip. The beauty of Kashmir, combined with the seamless arrangements, made every moment unforgettable. A heartfelt mention for Mustaaq Sir, the face of Odyssey Travel, who was one of the kindest and most genuine people we met during the trip. His humility, caring nature, and hospitality truly made us feel valued and at home throughout the journey. Also, a huge thank you to Manisha, who was available 24x7 for any help or assistance required. Her constant support and prompt coordination made the entire vacation stress-free and enjoyable. It goes without saying that KASHMIR IS PARADISE ON EARTH. No one can deny or challenge the same. Do you feel that beautiful season, flora & fauna are the only reason for the same. No, the hospitality, harmony and deep love of the people of KASHMIR make it the- PARADISE-. I, alongwith my wife Ruby Chopra went to celebrate our 46th Engagement day on 13th April 2026 with the cooperation of ODDESSY TRAVELS operated by Mr Mushtaq and enjoyed the trip for six excellent days of our life. Believe us, no words are adequate to describe the sentiments of this wonderful trip. Let us start by starting from the Jammu Railway Station on 12th Morning when Mr Shabbir , came us to welcome us with his car, for celebrating all these golden days. Mr Shabbir is very punctual, sophisticated and caring person who all these days was our local guardian and guide. When on 17th April he left us at the Jammu station, tears were in our eyes. More than five stars for this golden hearted gentleman. We stayed at Hotel Supreme resort at Pahalgam where, Mr Parvez was our host who is also a gem of person. The location of the hotel is very near to the river but only problem is the approaching road. Otherwise rooms are neat & clean and food stuff is also good. Our next destination was SRINAGAR where we stayed at HOTEL D SHAMOON for three nights at Rajbagh, which is one of the prime locations. It is a very good hotel with all the essential facilities including AC / BLOWER. Here we found Mr Faizan as our host and what a simple and wonderful person he is. Though I also met the owner Mr Ishaq of the property but all the credit goes to Mr Faizan and his team which includes Mr Aftaab, Mr Shaukat and others. The best part of this hotel is, its vegetarian food. Everyday different dishes were presented to us with utmost hygene and having great taste. The humility of the team was par excellence. One can give more than five star to the Chef too, alongwith all the crew. The last day of our stay was at the wonderful houseboat named MOON VALLEY AT THE DAL LAKE. The small ride with Shikara to reach it, was very adventurous because little drizzle started at that time. Mr Bilal who is once again a very polite person and treated us in a very good manner. Words will be inadequate again to describe the beauty of this houseboat. Everything is there, even a bath tub. The beautiful drawing room as well as dinning room are the highlights of this boat. But here comes the surprise element of this tour. Madam TAZKIYA, a member of ODDSSEY GROUP was the key for having such a great package of love, harmony and affection from the people of Kashmir. She is solely responsible for the availment of this trip and we thank her for such a great treatment to us. Everyday she was there to ask - is there any problem ? All the blessings and best wishes to her. It will be wrong on our part if we will not mention the love & affection received by Madam Saima, Madam Sabreen alongwith Mr Mushtaq, when we went to meet them at the office of ODDESSY TRAVELS. Best of luck for the future. We visited Gulmarg, Sonmarg, Pahalgam, Avantipur and few more places and found the people very loving and caring. I will not say or suggest anything for the ODDESSY TRAVELS but understands that everyone will himself decide- what I mean to say through my long review. Memorable Family Trip to Kashmir 🌄❄️ We recently went on a wonderful family group trip to Kashmir with around 25 members, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. People of all age groups, from young members to elders aged 60–65, were part of this journey, and everyone enjoyed the trip comfortably and happily. The entire trip was very well arranged and smoothly managed. We visited Gulmarg for two days, Sonamarg, and Srinagar, and every destination was beautifully planned.
