Thank you for this honest feedback. I'm so glad to hear that Malu's guiding made the tour fabulous despite the vehicle issues—she sounds like a real asset. I sincerely apologize for the discomfort with the van. Limited visibility due to the window design and non-functional A/C vents are significant problems, especially in hot weather. That’s not the experience we want for you. You're also absolutely right about providing water. That should be a standard courtesy, not an exception. I'm glad Malu was resourceful enough to arrange a stop, but we shouldn't have put her or you in that position. I will make sure your comments about the van's condition and the lack of water are escalated to our operations team immediately so we can address both the vehicle and our guest amenities.
