Really enjoyed this boat tour of the mangroves. Loved that we got to see and enjoy so many different things - Mangroves, wildlife, bat cave, and a fabulous lunch. I didn't realize are beach stop would include an opportunity to go swimming. I must have missed the mention of this, since I didn't bring my swim trunks along.

An amazing experience from start to finish! The mangroves of Langkawi are absolutely beautiful, and the whole tour was a perfect mix of nature and wildlife. We saw eagles, monkeys, and even visited the bat cave. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Langkawi. Just remember: the bats live there, you're the guest! 🦇😄

It is our first boat trip in Langkawi and truly an awesome experience. Mr Fauzan is very knowledgeable and our group gets to encounter the bats in the cave and the monkeys (aka Mafia) living within the mangrove trees . Great for visitors looking for wildlife and adventurous experience 😀

This is a great tour! You get to see some wildlife, beautiful views, and the guides are helpful and friendly. Zack and Yun were great! The hotel pickup is an added bonus which makes the whole experience very convenient.

I joined the tour and even though I booked it late the day before, everything was organized incredibly fast. They replied immediately on WhatsApp and explained everything clearly. They picked me up from my hotel exactly on time and dropped me back as well. The tour was amazing, and our guide Frazun was fantastic — always making us smile with his jokes and giving great information throughout the trip. I did this tour last week. I was patched with some other operator where everyone paid 50% of the price we paid. There was no naturalist, just some random dude cracking lame jokes - so there was no question of gaining any insights into the ecosystem. When I wrote to the operator Fauna and Flora, he responded saying he couldn't hit the minimum and hence patched me with another operator - which is grossly wrong. I applied for 50% refund through viator/ tripadvisor and got it too. However the refund doesn't help me - my day was wasted and I did the entire tour feeling cheated. I hope tripadvisor takes strict action against the operator. Some more details of the experience follow: 1. Lunch was to happen in a floating restaurant. Instead, it happened standing under a shed 2. The lunch was to include juice, fruits,soup and french fries. Instead it had only rice and vegetables. 3. The inclusion list says tickets to bat tour are included but that wasn't the case. Despite telling the guide, I was made to pay for the tour 4. I was literally forced to tip at the end of the tour. 5. We didn't go to the beach at all!

Overall a wonderful experience! The mangrove safari was absolutely breathtaking — we saw eagles, bats in the cave, monkeys, crocodile cave and the beautiful Tanjung Rhu beach. Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable. Lunch at the floating restaurant was delicious with good vegetarian options too. However, one important safety concern — life jackets were not provided during the boat ride. This is a serious safety issue especially when travelling with young children. We had a 5-year-old with us and this was concerning. Kindly ensure life jackets are mandatory for all passengers, especially kids. Apart from this safety issue, everything else was excellent.
