The tour was fun, and the cruise ship was comfortable. The arrangements for the move are also smooth. However, the after-sales service is not good. The specific details are the following two points. Because one family member was unwell, we were unable to visit several temples. The guide said they would refund the temple admission ticket that I couldn't go to, but it hasn't been refunded after all. Due to the weather, we could not ride the hot air balloon. That is unavoidable, but the subsequent handling is insincere. Even after waiting a week, there has been no contact regarding the refund. I contacted the Viator site, which was the original booking source, and they replied by email that they would check, but they could not provide a specific refund schedule. I'm worried if I will really get a refund.

Our Family Dream vacation
It's hard to say what was my favorite thing to see cause the whole experience was amazing. Every Temple left me breathless. Our Tour guide Talaat Abbo (Tata) was very friendly and knowledgeable and always offered to do our tours in English or Spanish. Would highly recommend him for anyone wanting to do this tour.

Best Egypt tour money can buy!
This trip was a 10/10 experience top to bottom! From the beautiful temple's to the Nile cruise it was not stop adventure! However the cherry on top of the trip was Talaat Abdo, he was educated, entertaining, helpful, and most of all he kept us safe. Thank you for giving me and my family a trip of a lifetime!

5/5 tour guide! Amazing!
Talaat Abdo was a great tour guide! He was very informative and energetic. I knew little about the history of Egypt and he painted a great picture about its great history, culture, and amazing temples and monuments. He also made our group feel very safe and he is a very kind and fun gentleman.
