This was our honeymoon trip and it was unforgettable thanks to Serengetiafricantours. When we were picked up from Arusha Airport they brought us some roses and every lodge we stayed in had petals on the bed. Our guide Mathayo was very knowledgeable and was able to show us the big 5 animals and the great wilderbeast migration. He was also a very skilled driver.

My husband and I just got back from a 6-day Tanzania safari with Serengeti African Tours, and it was the trip of a lifetime. They went above and beyond for our honeymoon. Our safari truck had custom honeymoon tire covers on it and they surprised us with flowers, and every hotel we checked into had a special honeymoon surprise waiting for us in the room. We visited Tarangire, the Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater, and Lake Manyara. The wildlife viewing was insane. We saw tons of lions and checked off the entire Big Five (and pretty much every other animal you can think of)! The highlights were watching a herd of elephants playing in a swimming hole, and witnessing a cheetah hunt and kill a gazelle. Our guide, Adrian, was amazing and knew a lot about the animals and helped us spot a lot of birds as well. Highly recommend Serengeti African Tours and Adrian if you want an unforgettable trip!

We had an amazing time on our safari with African Serengeti tours having Peter, as our guide, and Pastory, capturing unforgettable moments. We experienced very prompt and clear communication whilst organising this experience, especially when doing this all the way from New Zealand. Peter made sure we were comfortable at all times, well educated and got everything we wanted out of our trip. I can’t recommend this experience enough, truly exceptional.

This safari was booked by one of my friends who organised it for a group of 3. From what I have seen - this company was perfect from start to finish. The communication (while we were in New Zealand) was clear, succinct, timely, informative and polite. Prices were competitive and experiences planned were exceptional. Careful consideration was taken to our wants for what we wanted to get out of this trip. Through Serengeti African Tours we organised a 6 day Safari going through the Tarangire, lake manyara, serengeti, ngorongoro crater - aswell as a balloon experience over the Serengeti. This was all organised in a mid range package (which felt more than luxurious for us) with great accomodation options along the way. Our guide - and subsequent friend - Peter, was more than phenomenal for this trip. He did a great job in getting to understand our goals for the trip, had a wealth of knowledge, and made it a personal mission for us to get to see some of the rare sightings in the park. His driving felt comfortable enough for me to enjoy a nap even on the bumpy safari roads. We were also joined by Pastory who added to our comfort, enjoyment and got some unique photos for us to cherish for years to come. For anyone thinking of getting the most out of their Tanzania trip - this tour group should be a serious contender to help achieve their goals. As promised - 5 leopards seen gets 5 stars from me.

We have enjoyed the Serengeti tour, it was professional, and all our needs were met. Our guide Ali was an amazing, knowledgeable, caring tour guide. We were lucky to all the big 5 animals and many more. We seen the biggest raptors and monitor lizard. Black rhino, cheetahs and a rare bat eared fox. Our accommodation at every part of our journey was an amazing experience, with very lovely, friendly people to assist us at any hour.

From the very beginning of our enquiry about the tour with Enness they showed how professional they are, answering to our every question timely and in detail. The big day came and we met with Peter our guide for the tour. Very polite, warm and extremely knowledgeable. He explained everything, about the place, the animals their habitat etc. It was such a wonderful and beautiful experience, I will cherish forever. With us there was also Pastory the photographer, he took beautiful and amazing photos, wonderful memories. Thank you gentlemen for such an amazing safari 🩷

We are a family, whereas all of us are adults already. Our skilled driver/guide King David navigated the maze of the Serengeti and the sometimes bumpy roads of the whole tour perfectly. With his knowledge of the entire area, we spotted all kinds of animals and always got the right angle for a perfect picture. As some members of our group didn't understand English, we also booked a German-speaking guide: Gregory (translator/guide). With his excellent German skills, he made sure that none of our questions went unanswered. His thoroughness and personal dedication to satisfying our curiosity made us feel comfortable asking even the silliest questions — and not one of them went unanswered. Both of them have extensive knowledge of all kinds of animals, birds, and even some trees and plants. And if there was ever something they didn't know, they were eager to research it and answer the question later. With these two wonderful guides, we had the perfect travel companions for a week of adventure, amazement, laughter, and bliss. Thanks to their expertise, we managed to see all of the Big Five and everything else we could have ever dreamed of — including many baby animals. Thanks to them, our safari will always be a uniquely memorable experience.

Our 6-day safari with Serengeti African Tours was a truly once-in-a-lifetime experience and without a doubt the highlight of our family vacation. A huge part of what made this trip so special was our two guides, King David and Gregory. King David was simply outstanding as a driver and guide. His many years of experience were evident every single day. In addition to his incredible knowledge of wildlife, nature, and Tanzanian culture, he is also an entertainer at heart. His sense of humor, constant positivity, and endless supply of jokes kept us laughing throughout the entire safari. Even after long and sometimes tiring days, he was always in a great mood and made sure everyone was enjoying themselves. As a family, we laughed so much thanks to him. At the same time, he was an absolute professional when it came to spotting animals and positioning the vehicle perfectly for wildlife sightings. Time and time again, he amazed us by finding animals that were almost invisible to our eyes. Gregory also deserves the highest praise. With his calm, thoughtful, and incredibly friendly personality, he transformed the safari into an educational experience unlike any other. His German was excellent, and he always took the time to answer every question thoroughly and share his extensive knowledge with us. I have been on several safaris before, but I have never learned as much about wildlife, animal behavior, ecosystems, and East African nature as I did on this trip. What impressed me most was his passion, dedication, and genuine enthusiasm for teaching. It was clear that he wanted his guests not only to see animals but to truly understand and appreciate the incredible world of the Serengeti. Although this was their first safari together, King David and Gregory worked like a team that had been guiding side by side for many years. Their teamwork was seamless, professional, and perfectly coordinated, creating an unforgettable experience for all of us. The wildlife sightings were simply spectacular. Thanks to their experience, dedication, and instinct for finding the right places at the right time, we were able to observe animals from incredibly close distances while always feeling completely safe. We never felt rushed and always had plenty of time to enjoy the moment and take great photos. Some of our most unforgettable experiences included seeing lion cubs, witnessing lions mating, and watching cheetahs right next to our vehicle - so close that we could have reached out and touched them, although safety was always the top priority. We watched a large herd of elephants crossing the road both in front of and behind our vehicle, observed a playful three-month-old elephant calf, saw hyenas with their young, hippos outside the water, leopards, giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, warthogs, baboons, antelopes, and many other animals in their natural habitat. Most impressively, we were fortunate enough to see all of the Big Five—an experience many safari travelers only dream of. The accommodations throughout the safari were also perfectly chosen. Every lodge and camp had its own unique charm and was an ideal place to relax after a day full of unforgettable experiences. The food was excellent throughout the entire trip and exceeded our expectations in every way. The memories we made with King David and Gregory will stay with us for a lifetime. My husband and I went on the 6-day private honeymoon safari with hot air balloon, guided by Peter. Peter was a fantastic, knowledgeable (in wildlife matters and sharing his culture), welcoming and great guide - ensuring that we had every opportunity to see the animals, especially the big 5! It was our first safari (and who knows when we will have to opportunity to do this again), but the experience was truly unforgettable. Every accommodation made us feel welcomed, comfortable and safe. We went during low season so the parks were a little bit more calm, and the lodges were less busy - but that did not detract from the wonderful experience. Serengeti African Tours were exceptionally professional and we have no regrets about the choice we made.
