The restaurant owned by Stelios served the most amazing food cooked outdoors on a wood burning stove. Eating outside in the tranquil mountain countryside of Crete was amazing. Chania old town will certainly be on our return list.
His patience tolerance and level of care was excellent!

Petros was fantastic!...
Petros was fantastic! Knowledgeable, articulate, prompt. He was able to give us an authentic taste of Crete unavailable to the average tourist!

Petros' is a wealth of information. He studied business in the US, is certified accountant and with his brother George who studied modern history in the UK deliver most tours. This is a driving tour where we will make stops around Chania old town and then you will have two hours to explore the narrow streets of the old town on your own, go shopping or have lunch. We make tours out of the box and focus on what interests you, so it's not only a historical tour, but also cultural. Hope we see you again in the future.

Day visit to Chania
We had an amazing day with George. He customized our day just for us and our interests. He was extremely knowledgeable of Crete and its history. His English was perfect with just the right amount of Greece accent. Be sure to have him take you to his favorite restaurant up in the small mountain village. The lamb dishes were amazing and we got the experience of a small Crete village, with children playing and the slow pace. The restaurant owner was so nice and prices were very reasonable. Make sure to let George order for you, his time time spent in USA and UK, gives him great insight into what we like.

Beautiful excursion with local guide George
We decided to do this tour with my family and good friends of ours with our guide George and the whole experience was just fantastic! It was much greater than expected, we enjoyed our drive through the Old Town, we walked and saw all the main sights that George pointed to us and then we went and had a marvellous lunch inside the mountains! I totally recommend!

A day trip with Petro, Old Town-Countryside-Lunch at a great restaurant
We did this tour with Petro as a part of our visit in the area of Chania and it was an amazing day trip including a drive and stops in the Old Town and then a marvellous drive inside the mountains with a spectacular lunch at this fantastic countryside restaurant Dounias! Petro was prompt, polite and great to communicate with as he is fluent in English with a Southern accent!

It was a pleasure to show you around our beautiful city of Chania. Rich in history, it's a pleasure to walk around streets dating hundreds or thousands of years back, with history, traditions and culture intertwined together. We cannot walk or guide in the old town but we can drive around the town and drop you off for two hours to walk on your own in the less touristy and more historic part of the city. Therisso gorge is the most beautiful area of natural beauty close to Chania. The restaurant is a guaranteed experience with local food and farm to table mentality. The Southern accent is a leftover from Petros' basketball and student years in NC, USA. He has the advantage to have insight in the US and Greek culture so can deliver an educative experience between the two nations.

A visit to the medieval Old Town of Chania and a delicious lunch inside the mountains!
We took this tour as a day trip from our cruise ship and it met absolutely our expectations! Our tour guide Petro was so thorough and knowledgeable about the history of Chania and then he took us to this unique mountain restaurant! It was the best tour that we could have picked in Chania!

Great time in Chania with George!
George was our tour guide for this splendid excursion and it was the best by far all throughout our cruise to Greece! A gorgeous and full of history Old Town, starting being inhibited since 3.500bc and then a 5 star lunch at a mountain restaurant! Could not have asked for a better tour than that! Thank you George!

An history adventure at a medieval Old Town and lunch at a mountain restaurant!
We did this tour with our guide Petro and the historical background and the Old Town’s beauty left us in awe! It was a unique experience just walking around the Old Town. Then we carried on and had fabulous lunch on the wood at this amazing mountain restaurant!

Great Tour and service from Petro!
We could not ask for a better guide for this tour than Petro. He is very communicative with a US Southern accent (so astonishing!) always eager to offer his knowledge and advice when we needed to! We would strongly recommend this company!
