I sent a very poor feedback about Emirates Business class on A380 where Emirates sacrificed passenger comfort for cramming more seats for more money. However, the Emirates A380 FIRST CLASS is an ULTIMATE GEM FOR ROYALTY AND COMFORT especially the “Shower in the sky “ Second to none for First Class in A380 !!
Booked online and when arrived the reception greeting was very friendly and well done. Room was great & very quiet despite being not far from a main road and 24 hour service station. The accommodation was very good with a comfortable bed and one of the cleanest rooms/bathroom that we have seen in a long time. Congratulations. A short but excellent stay - and all staff were very good.
We had an amazing private tour with our driver ALI. He was incredibly kind, helpful, and always ready to answer any questions we had. Ali shared many fascinating historical details about the JAE, which made the experience even more meaningful. Throughout the entire tour we felt comfortable, relaxed, and very well taken care of. We truly appreciate his professionalism and warm personality — highly recommended! 🙏

This was the perfect way to get a better understanding of UAE, often you just think of Dubai, but it is so much more. Yusuf our driver and guide did a great job and my wife really loved the experience at the fish market where you could select your seafood and then get it cleaned and cooked there. That was all arranged by Yusuf.

Good combination of nature and culture. A good daily escape from Dubai. Our driver, Yusuf was calm, friendly, informative and last but not least, a safe driver. The car was comfortable and clean.

Extremely disappointed ☹️. The travel desk person promised a new and neat-clean car but we were toured in a rather small and old dirty car for every tour, when we tried to compare the prices afterwards, the same tours with better service are still available at a very low cost, please don't book any tour with this fraudulent company. They are cheaters.
First of all, we strongly disagree with your statement. All our vehicles are 7-seaters, comfortable, well-maintained, and kept very clean. For city tours, we operate Nissan Patrol, Toyota Land Cruiser, Toyota Fortuner, Hyundai Santa Fe, Honda Odyssey, and Kia Carnival. Almost all of our vehicles are new models and maintained to a high standard for guest comfort. Therefore, For the 6 Emirates Tour and Abu Dhabi City Tour, we strictly provide 100% new vehicles, as these are long-duration tours. Based on this, your allegation regarding vehicle quality is not valid. We completely disagree with your claim that the service provided deserves a 1-star rating. Additionally, according to our internal records, we could not find your name or any booking for the 6 Emirates Tour or Abu Dhabi City Tour with our company. Given these facts, we strongly believe that this review may have been posted for the wrong company or fake-posted with the intention of damaging our company’s reputation, possibly by a competitor. We genuinely respect and value honest guest feedback. However, if this review was posted by mistake or has been intentionally misused, we kindly request that you remove the review.
