Not a great experience from the beginning. Gates were hard to find we had to ask other companies where to go as there was no representative from the company at the harbour entrance. Had to continuously ask the staff to replenish drinks which was met with attitude. Staff also chose to sit down and have their dinner on a 4 hour trip, which personally should have been done before we left or after we got back. Communication prior to the trip was good, then after a few people said they had left items on the boat, boat company took an unreasonable amount of time to respond and apparently nothing was found which I know not to be true so maybe don’t bring anything of value on to the boat. Not a great experience, lots of companies offering the same thing for the same price wouldn’t book again.

It is highly recommended for everyone. The experience was amazing. The captain and his crew are very respectful, prompt, accommodating and always putting safety at priority - very professional so to speak. They all deserved a good commendation from the company. :) a pat at their back to say the least :) The yacht is very clean and well-maintained.
It was an extraordinary experience. We rented the yacht for 2 hours but if we didn’t have a plane to catch it would have surely been much longer! We visited with the extended family, with adults, teens and small children and everyone had fun! We truly recommend it! The crew was awesome, the Captan was super cool, WE LOVED IT!!! Thank you

I can not thank them enough. my wife got seasickness after 1hrs and they were so nice and helped us a lot. waited one hrs extra for ambulance to arrive and gave us 100% support. Service was top class and best people that I saw in Dubai. Thanks a mil.

This is my fourth time using Centaurus. Easy booking process, plenty of options but not overwhelming. Boats are clean and tidy, staff onboard are incredible. Big shoutout to Jingle who kept everyone topped up with drinks, food, and great photos! Thank you.

Absolutely fantastic service! Luxury Boat, accommodating 20 people, but ideally is 10 - leave you space to dance! perfectly tailored packages with drinks and snacks as add-ons! Loudspeakers, Balloons and whatever you want to bring, birthday cakes and candles - all is available!. Recommended!

What a great 4 hours - boat is excellent and great for a 15-20 people party - what makes it so special is the staff - Interested , and very attentive and always with a smile - always polite and respectful - thank you Location out of the Marina is easy to find Would recommend to anyone looking for boat trip
