Views were amazing. I was glad I paid the extra to go to the 54th floor. I also went at 6pm which was perfect for the Sun Setting pics. The Lounge Experience was not as expected. I got a beautiful mock tail, however the snacks and sweets were actually only 2 strawberries dipped in chocolate. However the place itself was lovely, not too crowded and very relaxing. I then sat in the restaurant and had pizza…which I actually paid £46 for very average one and a large bottle of water when I only asked for a glass..so please check prices ! They have a great back story and visuals with the vision of the building of the palm which was very interesting. If you are short on time, I would recommend this instead of the Burj Khalifa . I took the metro to Dubai Marina, changed to the Tram to Palm Jumeira Station, then upstairs for the mono rail to Nakheel - far easier than Google maps wanting you to get off at Dubai Internet City and Walk in the hot sun for 20 min to Palm Gateway..which, I did going to it

We were left to pay for a trip back to the hotel, after being ignored by the driver with our request for pick up. We bought up the issues twice with orient tours and they totally ignored my issue. And to top it off they had the nerve to ask if we want to book more transportation with them.
Dear Keisha_R It is unfortunate that your review mis-characterizes the situation and our service. You had a scheduled hotel pick-up at 5PM and another scheduled pick-up from the attraction at 8:30PM. From the copies of your WhatsApp chat with our driver we can see that you were in regular contact with him. At 6:52PM you inquired how soon the driver can pick you up as you were done with the attraction earlier than expected. He informed you that due to traffic he would arrive by 8 - 8:15PM. There was no further communication either with our office or the driver until 7:38PM when you messaged him again but as the driver was in heavy traffic, he was unable to respond. At 7:52PM you again messaged the driver to inform that you had left with a taxi as ''you had other things to take care of''. Although your scheduled return pick-up was for 8:30PM, at your request we agreed to return earlier for your pick-up and we did keep you informed of the expected time. From the circumstances described in your review we believe you may have had a poor experience with another supplier, not Orient Tours. So, we kindly request you to amend or remove the mistaken review to avoid giving an incorrect impression about our multi-awarded service. We assure you that should you choose to book any other products and services, you will always receive a warm, attentive and flexible service from all our team.
They picked us up from our hotel, very friendly. Doing the VIP was a great choice. We was able to go to higher to the Level 54, where The View was spectacular! There was a photographer available for precessional photos and we told our own photos as well. The VIP lounge was a nice too. Nice place to relax after watching The View. I recommend seeing do this experience. The view is breathtaking.

The views are amazing from both Level 52 and 54. It's just that Level 52 has a view looking out from the glass, whereas Level 54 has a view by itself. One negative about Level 54 is that you have to walk through a flight of stairs, which is okay for me (29) but not okay if you are a senior citizen having some walking or mobility issues. The only other negative was that it was hazy on the day we were there. You could see the Palm shaped with multiple houses and the shape very well, but you can't see much of downtown as it is trapped in the haze. After that, we went to a coffee shop which was amazing and had a cappuccino (decorated in a style of a palm) and a chocolate tart, both of which were very delicious. Nonetheless, it's a great place if you like seeing views from up close and I recommend it.

We booked the VIP trip - admitted we arrived slightly late . The special guide seemed very rushed as we shooter through the exhibition with the. Saying we can come back and look at that. The view was amazing and that’s why I give it 3 stars - the VIP experience consisted of a drink and some nuts and crisps in a empty soulless lounge . I personally struggled to get in the lounge as the guide didn’t recognise me - which shows how attentive they were. After the seeing the view we were shown the exit which took you out of the building therefore we didn’t see the exhibition that we were promised at the end . Look I wouldn’t bother with the VIP experience it’s just another couple of floors of the building. Yes do the Palm experience but say your self some money and avoid the VIP experience

Had an amazing tour and guide into the history of the palm! We then were taken to the vip room for drinks and snacks. The tour finished with a set of steps to the highest level with unobstructed 360 degrees of the palm. The sunset view was amazing! .... Well worth booking !!

VIP lounge offers panoramic view of the Palm Jumeirah and spaces to watch the sunset while sipping your favourite drinks - we were looked after by John who served us one of the most refreshing mojito. The best way to enjoy the view!
