I almost never give 1 star or bad feedbacks, but this was almost a scam and therefore I would like to explain the fact about this experience. The description as well as the price do not correspond to the service you get. The experince is for sure far from luxury. The Boat that we actually booked was defect and they gave us a different one. (This is so far ok. These stuff happen.) The whole romantic decoration was sluppy and cheap. Even all the lights fell off half way through. The food.... oh dear.... if at least the food was good or even correct! 70% of what we got was not what we had ordered. They either swapped the dishes due to missing ingredients or some of the ingredients were simply missing. And yes always those which make the dish actually expensive like truffle! They fill you with potatos and not even nicely prepared ones! I did not know that mashed potato could be cooked in a way to taste this bad! They never asked how we would like our steak (a group of young unprofessional or unexperinced crew) and what we got was overcooked (more than well done) and chewy. It even became a 4 course menu while we had a 5 course. Between the courses there was so much time, that we had our dessert on our way back shortly before we arrived back. Overall a nice young crew having no idea about luxury and fine dining. This experince is worth no more than $300 to max. 400.

As well we liked to clarify that romantic dinner menu theres no smashed potatoes to choice from. To properly investigate your concerns, please text us the details of your trip. This will allow us to respond appropriately and ensure we can take the necessary steps to improve. Everything went very smooth and was better than imagined. Minuses for: The location they provide is off and you might end at the wrong end of the marina, creating callenges to get in. Not all information get passed on to the crew, especially regarding allergics. But thank's to the crew and especially to the chef, it worked out fine.
