Such an injustice .
Jorge booked experience last minute and didn't reply email, didn't reply on Viator inbox . Talked on phone for to meet him and start experience and never sent pick up address and never answered phone call or messages.
I don't know what is his aim ,but it seems intentionally booked and rated with 1 star review as competitor interests .

Good tour but poor organization
The experience itself was nice and we liked the pictures, however we were quite disappointed with the organization of the tour and communication with the provider. I reached ahead of time to confirm a few details but they never got back. On the day of the tour we showed up on time to the location however no one was there. About 15 minutes later I received a message that the tour will start in one hour. No apologies or explanation was given. We were with a toddler and we chose that specific time for a reason. At the end, our schedule for a day was really ruined, and because the tour started so much later it was really hot which made it a bit less enjoyable

Loved this tour!!
The 3 guys that did the tour with us were amazing, they were very friendly and knew how to explain so much about the city. They also recommended us the best restaurant that we tried in Rome, Nanarella 🥰🥰🥰🥰 Thank you for that too. The pictures were great!!!

Excellent experience as solo female traveler!!!
Salid & Lidia was the best!! My flight was super delayed and Lidia quickly made some adjustments to have Salid meet with me. They both were super understanding. My tour was adjusted since I had to catch a train right after. The tour was still great and informative. Salid even offered to take me to the train station to make my train to Naples on time. Wonderful memorable experience with the perfect pics!! Highly recommend!!

Family Highlight!
Highest recommendation! This tour was a highlight for our family! You will see parts of Rome that you would likely miss on your own. And the photographs were stunning! Go early morning - our tour was at 6am - and enjoy Rome all to yourself when it is less busy! Everyone was so nice which made the trip even more enjoyable!
