Nice trip but no tour guidance!!

I enjoyed the ferry trip , I took the 10am ferry not that busy , when the ferry returned the queue for the 11am was enormous. Very good commentary, scan the QR code and don't forget your earbuds. There is a cafe at the terminal, coffee is good. I enjoyed the trip , it gives you a great insight into the River Mersey and Liverpool.

Great fun and hugely interesting.

Unfortunately unbeknown to us a large cultural group were on board and the noise was awful, the music i didn't mind its the constant shouting we couldn't bare, ruined tge experience:-(

Fun ferry on the Mersey river. Audio commentary for tour requires your own headphones, this wasn’t clear. Excellent views of the docks

Very disappointing. They allowed very loud music to be played on board and the audio did not work for the commentary. Even if the audio had of worked it wouldn’t be heard over the huge speaker that was blasting out music. It did not feel in anyway like an excursion.

Enjoyed the trip but needed own headphones to access the tour guide, which we didn’t have. Still fun though

Can't think of a better way to sepnd a sunny afternoon in Liverpool! This combined being on a Mersey ferry with seeing the city, and the Wirral, from the water and was very informative. We were given a handout with our tickets which showed where the ferry goes and points of interest. We also had spoken guides via our phones which started automatically. Efficient and easy boarding and disembarkation and plenty of seating. It must be good as we even had gulls hitching a ride on the railings!

Took a ferry across the Mersey and it was great. Caught the first ferry at 10am, a bit choppy and windy, but was good fun. Highly recommend.

A non event. The only music was ferry across the Mersey on repeat! No commentary unless downloaded it. Money better spent on other trips.
