This was one of the best family excursions we have ever done and would highly recommend. Alex our guide was amazing request him if he is available. Trip was the perfect amount of time, saw the highlights and got on the road and the journey was way more fun than any destination could be. Taking the UTV off road felt like we weee on another planet!
Great experience renting a UTV from Real Deal. Our rental was originally scheduled from 9-5. A few days before they moved the time to 8-4, stated reason was due to being busy. This didn't create a problem for us so no big deal. I did stop in a day earlier to look at the UTV to check space since we rented a 5-seater, we had five people and wanted to bring some things. Agent kindly offered up a 6-seater with a bed at the same price. Vehicle was in good condition overall, reasonably clean when we picked it up, and ran well. We had a great day on the trails and in the water. Highly recommend renting from Real Deal!
Not a good experience at all. First of all the UTV that we were given was a POS. Brakes hardly worked, check engine light was on most of the ride with a terrible sound coming from the engine and the UTV almost did not start back up a couple times. We were afraid we were going to be stuck in the middle of the dessert. When we returned the UTV and told the staff our issues they said that our tour was the last time that this UTV was going to be rented. They were getting brand new machines. This was a terrible experience I am hoping to get my money back.
We had THE BEST time in Aruba on the UTV!! We saw so much on our own & away from the crowds. The vehicle was full of fuel & was clean. They were there on time at the port when we got off the ship. The staff was helpful & professional..we will book again our next visit!!
The staff was great from the beginning to the end! Highly recommend! Fit 5 comfortably and went good in the sand and on the tar, we went all over the island.
The UTV was poorly maintained but we were able to go some fun places. We had planned on visiting the national park but it is closed to UTVs as of 2020.
Great experience, the UTV was waiting for us when we got off the cruise ship. We all had a blast. We were able to explore all of the island on our own time. Absolutely beautiful. Even my 4 year old loved it. This has been the highlight of our 9 day cruise so far
We enjoyed going off-road and being free to explore on our own at our own pace. It was a great gift to my husband for his birthday!
Very fun time. Got to see parts of the island you won't normally see. I would definitely do this again.
Excellent quick communication to any questions I had. Easy to find once off the ship. Only downside was the UTV being much older than most of the other UTV's we saw on the island but still a solid choice!
