The arrangements were poor. Because of their admin error we had to join the tour one hour late missing the mosque visit. We had to be taxied to a meeting point to catch everyone up! The description of the tour was about 30% accurate. We did the one place I was totally against going. The Lion Park! Which as an animal rights activist I knew was a totally unacceptable place for wild animals. I would not have booked knowing this was on the itinerary. So I had an hour reading away from the tour group! Because I would not go in! We did the boat trip, meal by the lake and the dam. The rest we did not do. The guide focused very much on his German guests. This was ok but it could be quite excluding. We clearly didn't want to give a tip but felt obliged to as the tip box was passed around very overtly. Overall we did not feel this reflected what we booked and we are disappointed.

Unfortunately we have not been picked up! We waited almost 1 hour! Also, we could not contact the organizer as no one answered our phone calls, WhatsApp or mails!

Bought a tour in the street from a Turkish agent also speaking Russian. The bus gathers tourists at the entrance to the hotel, everything is quite punctual. There was the Russian guide Elena, a very nice woman and an interesting storyteller. We stayed in a Turkish mosque, an orchard, then there was a mini cruise on a green lake with a stop for swimming, a zoo, a waterfall and a reservoir. It's a good thing we brought cash euros, because where we ate lunch drinks had to be paid, as well as admission and a zoo and a park with a waterfall for a fee. The zoo is very small and has caused pity for the state in which the animals are kept. They offer to take a picture with a camel and a parrot, and they also allow you to take a picture of a small lion cub. He was particularly sorry, his mother walking restlessly in the next cage. I hope that the money paid for will be used to support the poor beasts. The cascade isn't big, but you can take beautiful photos. Basically, for your money, not a bad tour at all.

Transfer worked without any problems. Bus was at the hotel on time. Later, the buses were divided into languages. We were in a mosque, at the aquaduct, an orchard with snack - absolutely try the fresh figs. Then we went to the dam. After a boat trip with a swim stop we had delicious lunch (including drinks) and a detour to the small waterfall. Of course, they tried to sell photos. But a clear no was accepted without further ado;-) Always recommended for all ages

The start wasn’t great, moved from one bus to another and back again as they wanted Dutch and English on one bus as the guide spoke both languages. By the time we got on there was no seating together or by the window, so we ended up separated and next to random people. The tour itself was good, no complaints. How ever there was a photographer on the tour who was enthusiastic and took photos at every stop. We paid €25 for the photos which came on a memory stick. When we checked once back home, the stick only had 1/2 of the photos taken, only a few of those were clear and everyone else’s photos were on there too. Such a shame as he had taken some photos of us as a family that we really wanted to see.

Absolute shambles. Tour Company cancelled my booking hours before it was due. Refused to refund £70. Told me I had to get in tough with TripAdvisor for a refund. Tried on numerous occasions. Getting nowhere. Someone owes me £70 and I want it refunded. If this is how TripAdvisor recommended companies then I am disgusted. Come on TripAdvisor do the right thing. Not my fault why should I pay for it????

The tour guide was unprofessional. Extremely rude and arrogant, was a terrible experience do not recommend. When booking this trip I had selected that we were an English speaking family. He spoke dutch most of the time, even snide whispering to other people on the group in a language we could not understand. It seemed so futile to pay and go on a tour guided trip when the the guide cannot be bothered to even communicate and educate the whole of the group. He also made a few inappropriate jokes that dragged on longer then they needed to especially when there were a lot of children in the group. When selecting this trip it said that the only fee that was not included was the waterfall and drinks. We ended up at some Zoo? where we had to pay an entry, we should've been informed of this beforehand. This Zoo was derelict, us being the only people there. It looked awful too even the animals looked unhealthy and it had a stench a stench that even is too extreme for a zoo. I couldn't work out if he knew the owners and took us there for that purpose, he did take us to a lot of random places where we would have to stop. He'd end up chatting away to the shop owners drinking drinks and smoking, I cant work out whether these were free for him and he was using us to buy and support these businesses. The coach was awful, dirty with no windows, just a waste of a whole day of my holiday. Id really urge people to not book this, purely for the fact you don't know who your guide will be. It lacked professionally. Not worth your time or money.

One day before the tour, we were sent an email asking which location we should go to. We asked the hotel and the tour guide where it was and no one could give us any information. After that, I was personally contacted and two more locations were sent to us. I then asked which of the two we should go to now, as they were in different places. A location was then chosen and we walked there the next morning. We were there 10 minutes before the pick-up time and waited a long time. I was called after 20 minutes and the man on the phone tried to explain to me in broken English where we should go. I then asked a taxi driver if he could translate for me where we should go. And it was a completely different location. Considering that we were so late, they didn't drive off without us. Then we saw the tour guide and asked if that was the tour and we weren't asked for our room number or name. There were people sitting next to us who spoke German and we asked if the Adventure Park was included, as the tour guide didn't mention anything about it in English. They then said that they knew nothing about it and that we were going swimming, which we knew nothing about. At that moment we weren't sure whether we were on the right tour. We went everywhere as described on the tour, but not to the Adventure Park. Instead we went to an orange plantation, a zoo/sanctuary and a mosque. Unfortunately we couldn't swim on the boat trip as it wasn't stated and we didn't have any swimming gear with us. Nevertheless the tour was entertaining. After some difficulties at first, we then had a German-speaking tour guide. The tour was nice, but unfortunately not as described here.

Hosted by the charming and vibrant Uncle/Papa Charlie, it was an enjoyable day out with beautiful views of the Green Canyon/Waterfall/Roman Ruins. A chance to get amazing pictures and have decent food too. Take your swimwear but be ready for a refreshingly cold swim.

Just back from a full day out 9-5.30 on the 7 sights day tour run by Prestige. We were picked up at our hotel by the bus (we were in the English speaking bus) and Spiderman the funny name given to the driver and Volcan our guide for the day. The two characters had great chemistry, liked to dance and made our bus the party bus with lots of antics such as spraying other Prestige buses with water bottles and jumping out to dance at the traffic lights! Our tour took us round the Manavgat mosque (ladies wear or borrow head coverings) then to a ruined Roman city in the hills, then to a large aqueduct, the 3rd largest dam in Turkey then a boat tour on the lake and lunch ( a light lunch of hearty soup, bread and some sides) Drinks on the boat and at lunch are to pay for but lunch is provided. Finally to an orange garden and then Manavgat falls before being dropped back at our hotels. The chemistry between our guide and driver and the excessive use of the bus horn made for a fun day out and we enjoyed our day immensely. The driver coped very well with the zig zag country roads and tight turns. Date of experience: April 2023
